I made an advance reservation and prepaid for parking two weeks in advance. When I arrived at the hotel, nobody was present at the reception desk. After waiting for 15 minutes, I was informed that there were no parking spaces available and was told to find parking somewhere else. I immediately contacted One Stop Parking, but their representative provided no assistance and simply suggested that I find alternative parking on my own.

This was extremely frustrating, especially since it was only 1.5 hours before my flight, leaving me very little time to find an alternative.

Since a reservation through One Stop Parking does not guarantee a parking space, even if you prepay in advance, I strongly recommend not making a reservation through their website. In my experience, making a reservation and paying in advance provided no assurance that a parking space would actually be available.

Very bad. Drive to lots and called them, they said my reservation has been cancelled, I have to find other parking companies in a rush, almost ruined my flight, never trust this company

On arrival to park, we were informed hotel guests had priority on shuttle and the next shuttle available was potentially 1 hr later. Hotel staff suggested I call an Uber. Having had parked here many times on prior trips this was a new policy that is not advertised. I had to drop off family at airport and return to park and take Uber back to the airport. Never again will I park here. My son's family also traveled with us and had to do the same routine. When we returned from our trip he discovered the tailgate to his truck had been stolen. So much for "safe", "secure" parking. Do not park at the Holiday Inn-82nd street.

I have to admit, I was a little hesitant about leaving my car and keys and having someone use my car to drop me off at the airport, but it worked out perfectly!

The drivers who dropped us off and picked us up were polite and helpful. We only had to wait ten minutes with each pick up and drop off, right to and from terminal three. It was seamless and I would definitely use them again.

On top of all of this, it was the best price!

Always late picking up. Over 30 minutes waiting. I’ve used this service over 5 times and they are always late picking up.

The valet service is quite convenient. It’s very nice to be dropped off and picked up in your car. The staff was very conscientious and professional. I would definitely use the service again. It was also economical.

I’m so glad we found One Stop Parking. We drove down from Milwaukee, flight to Barcelona, and didn’t want to do the off parking thing with a an outside parking space.

Just happened to come across One Stop Parking and loved the idea of inside parking. Especially if we need it in the winter

Dropped off our car and a shuttle was right there. Took us to the airport. Maybe took about 15-20 minutes

When we returned 2 weeks later we called them and they came right away. When we got back our car was waiting to just drive home. In fact, when we got there my husband went to get the keys the driver put our luggage in the trunk.

It was just such a great experience. I’ll never use anyone else

My parking fee increased in one month by $35 with no notice of a price increase and I am overseas and can't remove my car. Customer service said they'd contact management but nothing happened.

I didn’t like the fact that I requested a spot in advance had to park around the building in the back under a tree bird poop all over my vehicle after returning from my trip

I had never used a parking app, but needed to go last minute out of town. I found Onestopparking and reserved a spot at the Renaissance Hotel. Upon arrival, it was kind of chaotic because they had a convention, but was immediately checked in by a guy named Dan, who told me to park anywhere. After finding my spot I was able to take the shuttle to the airport. Upon arrival back, I called the Renaissance and they sent a van to get me. Sarge, the driver was there within minutes and dropped me back off at my car. Could not have been a better experience after a stressful trip.

The reviews are good for this company, but the Charleston airport has major issues. I have used both the Embassy Suites and the Residence Inn(same transport service), and both times have had to wait for over 40 minutes, to learn later that the driver was not called until I called 3 times. In addition, staff was very rude. This is unsafe.

We booked parking at Autoparc RM Montreal Airport (YUL) in advance and received a confirmation email with a QR code, booking details, and payment receipt.
Nothing indicated that a printed copy was required.

On the day of our flight, the shuttle arrived on time, but the driver refused to take us unless we provided a printed payment receipt. Showing the email and screenshots wasn’t enough. With only 3.5 hours before our international flight, we were taken back to our car and nearly had to find alternative parking.

After a stressful argument, the driver finally called the company to verify our booking and let us on the shuttle, but warned we’d need printed proof again on return. This caused unnecessary stress throughout our trip, and we ended up taking a taxi back instead.

Although the parking lot was advertised as locked overnight, it wasn’t, and anyone had access. Thankfully, our car was still there, but the experience felt disorganized and unprofessional. Would not use this service again.

The shuttle was new. The drivers were very nice and we were picked up promptly.
