If using Hermes/Evri, don't expect your parcel on time. Having said that, I spoke to Vincent at One Stop Fabrics and he kindly found me an alternative fabric as the one I ordered wasn't available anym... Näytä lisää

We paid extra money for a quicker service
We still have not received our order
Also nobody answers emails WhatsApp text messages or chat messages on your web site
We are hoping to get the thread today but who knows

Very disappointed

Very disappointed. I have still not received my order nor the update on it that I was supposed to receive last Monday. I have no alternative now but to request a refund so I can go elsewhere as I need to make up the fabric before Christmas.

Shocking service...

I ordered 6 meters of taffeta for an upcoming project, I only received 5 1/2 meters. I sent two emails,messaged them for the online chat WhatsApp group and rang ,but no response. So disappointing, when you buy something and pay for it you you expect to receive what you've ordered.. Won't be using them again.

Late delivery, wrong colour

I tried to get in touch with the site as my order was taking over a week with no updates, my fabric arrived today finally and it is not even close to the colour advertised and on top of that it arriving so late and with no communication either way has really put a hold on a project I needed it for with an upcoming deadline

Xmas fabric

The order was dealt with and despatched quickly it is a pity that the fabric was not cut straight meaning I lost at least 6” of working material. The delivery company did not deliver on the date advised.
