I’ve had a really frustrating…
I’ve had a really frustrating experience with Quiet Mind. They advertise a 30-day return/exchange policy, which is the main reason I felt comfortable ordering in the first place—but actually trying to use it has been nearly impossible.
I’ve been trying for months to exchange my pillow for a heavier version. I’ve emailed multiple times and while I have received responses, the links they send either don’t work or lead to dead ends. There is no phone number, no live chat, and no clear way to complete a return or exchange through their system.
At this point, it feels like the return policy is more of a marketing tactic than something they actually honor. I’m not trying to get a refund—I simply want to exchange for a different product and even pay the price difference—but there is no functional way to do so.
This has been incredibly time-consuming and disappointing. I would not recommend ordering unless you are 100% sure you won’t need to return or exchange anything.
