big scam

big scam, competitors sent fake dmca reports on links which are showing 404 and they blocked server. i have informed them many time about this issue but no action was taken and they never unblock server nor given me rescue access to get my files backup or transfer. it's totally again your rights. you must have rights to access your files to transfer somewhere else. really bad experience with oneprovider

Stay the hell away!

They issued me a broken server on July 8th, 2024.
The OS installation stalled. I opened a ticket to get a replacement server. They told me they were going to test the server [they didn't!].

They rebooted the server to the state where the OS needed to be installed - I attempted to re-install the OS and it stalled again.

They told me they would contact their data center but after that, there were no updates. No Further updates or expectation set. I asked them for a replacement server, this was ignored. I asked them multiple times would it be faster to for me to order another server, this was also ignored.

I finally got sick of the lack of communication and asked them to refund my money.

Update - I took it upon myself to order another server which also froze during installation. I asked for my money back, which they did without any hassle.

I do not accept your apology. You failed. If you provided this amount of detailed information in tickets, I likely wouldn't have been so upset. Your agents did the absolute bare minimum and "left me hanging" they didn't respond to simple questions. It was only the threat of a chargeback when I actually got an agent who seemed to give a damn. Yeah, your agents need training, and maybe you should think about hiring more.

- Conclusion

I am not changing my review. This is unacceptable I still think potential customers should "Stay the hell away!"

Really good and decent provider.

I'm a full-stack developer and a devops that needs lots of servers, I work with different providers and had been working with them for a long time.
I recently registered on Oneprovider and tested their services, everything is really good (from internet speed and bandwidth to the servers quality and other factors).
With all of this in mind their price is pretty solid and cheaper than other providers, also they have more options for the people that need lower-end services than other providers, resulting in even cheaper servers!

The only thing that I would say can be worked on and get improved is the dns servers. For example if I get different locations for servers on different countries there is a DNS leak that can be seen for Canada.
This is the only thing that can get better, but at the end of the day, this matter is not so much important for most of the users.

Bottom line is that It's a pretty good provider, I advise you to give it a try!

Server Down for 73 h, 26 min

Let me share my experience with them. First of all, we made a lot of sorry and we also gave the proof that we have removed the IP from the blacklist we keep replying to the ticket but there is no response at all its been 2 days now still waiting when they will reply to your ticket. We lost almost 16 customers because they have blocked the server and they acting like a GOD now. We beg them to unblock the server so that we can find the abusive customer who has done spamming but they are not listing because they think they own this server in reality they have no server or data center they are just providing and using third-party service via API.

Guys DO NOT BUY any server from them if you want peace of mind or don't want to lose your business or data please I giving you brotherhood suggestions DO NOT BUY. Buy servers from those who have actual data centers or servers.

We are stuck and we lost $6000+ in business because of the server block.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM AND DO NOT BUY.

Server Down from last 12 hours

This is the worst company I have experienced. My server was running smoothly with no issues. In the morning server went down and when I asked they told me that the server had been blocked by the data center when I asked why they blocked the server they told me because of server abuse and when I checked the ABUSE TAB there was no abuse report at all. After that I paid $10 for an express ticket this is what I got the reply from them.

I had a really bad time with…

I had a really bad time with OneProvider recently. They don’t have KVM access, so I couldn’t manage my server the way I needed to. Also, their support is super slow—it took them days just to get back to me. The worst thing happened when they wiped all my data by mistake during some routine work. They barely took responsibility and didn’t offer enough to make up for my loss. I’d recommend staying away from OneProvider coz they really dropped the ball this time.

There website and staff a misleading, the prices on the website are not true and set up for a way that you think you're buying a particular product when you're actually buy something as. for using the support tickets for two days and then misleading information from their staff. I found myself with a product I cannot use or want. I asked for a refund where they refuse to refund. I do not recommend using or trusting this company oneprovider.

The support manager who answered you last went ahead with a full refund.
Please note that the refund can take between 5 to 10 business days depending on your credit institution.

As mentioned in my previous review, the information we display is accurate but since both cloud and dedicated servers are displayed on the same page, we can understand the confusion. Oneprovider server outage

I have rent server with One provider 5 months ago, however I wasn't using it, except initial configuration - web server, databases, dotnet app and deployment pipelines. Yesterday I decided to do some work on the server, but it appeared to be down. The server was down for more than 24 hour, after initial reply from the support there was no action taken and I cancelled my server.

Ordered a server that I needed today

Ordered a server that I needed today, apparently wont be delivered for 5 days! Support said they would cancel the order and put the funds in my account. No reply, live chat went offline, no funds added to my account. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this company, seems to be a big scam or an incompetent company, probably ran by someone sat in their bedroom!

This statement is false and can be harmful.

We are a company based in Montreal with a proud, hardworking team. Ironically and humbly enough, the beginnings of this company did start in a bedroom.
Fast forward 18 years, and we have grown into a thriving, honest, and hardworking company.

We are ready to address all reviews, whether positive or negative. However, it is a reality that satisfied customers often do not leave positive feedback unless prompted to do so, while negative experiences result in swift actions across various platforms.

To address your main concerns, we understand the urgency of our customers' server needs and are as transparent about delivery times as we can possibly be.
We advise on our website that deliveries can take, at a minimum, 3 open business days, excluding weekends.
While instant deployment is possible, delivery times depend on factors like configuration, location, and availability.

Regarding your refund, per your request, it was processed promptly from our end.
However, the time it takes for funds to reflect in your account is dependent on your credit card company, typically 3 to 10 business days.
This is entirely outside of our control.

Lastly, our live chat is entirely dedicated for sales inquiries and is not operational 24/7.
That said, upon verification, I’m glad to see that our agent tried assisting you.
It’s worth noting that you mentioned you didn’t need support via the live chat anymore since you had an ongoing conversation with a support agent in the ticket.

While we respect your review, we felt it was important to clarify some points.
