Stable but support

In fact, the servers from 2 different datacenter are stable, there is no down time, but your support time is not fast, sometime needs more than 12 hours to answer.

they dont care if you loose data unless your paying them they ignore you :)

things went well until i couldn't get into my account because of number change and 2FA being enabled, despite contacting them numerous times (from an email address they have previously used on system) i have now lost my server, all websites and data because unless your logged in you simply cannot contact support, they just ignore you barring a couple of sporadic and random emails that get you nowhere - definitely wouldn't use these guys again

Slow and getting slower server delivery

Have being a client of one provider for a number of years and find their servers very good buts it's their customer service that I feel let's them down.
In the past you could buy and have a server delivered within 24hrs now it's gone to 72hrs and the latest one after sating it would be 72hrs only then to recieve an email saying there was a delivery issue and no delivery time given.
We are actively looking elsewhere for a new provider as delays like this does not suit our business.

I see others were lucky!

I see others were lucky - they received a server!
I ordered a competitively priced one then was told there would be a provisioning delay due to some holiday. Many days later I'm told I should pay double for a comparably specced server. In the end, they cancel when I can see similar servers at the same price still available...
One of the worst I've had the misfortune to order from. Avoid!

However, it seems there may have been some misunderstanding regarding the availability of similar servers at the same price range. Upon thorough investigation, we made sure to let you know that we couldn't locate any comparable options.

Regrettably, we did not receive a response from you, and in our commitment to resolving the matter, we proceeded with a full refund and order cancellation.

Had to pay double... but eventually got my money back

While I had the chance to cancel the order for the server less than an hour after purchasing it (due to human error), I had to pay twice for a server with HDD specs instead of a server with SSD specs because I had to cancel the order.

Update: Due to the fact that the customer service saw my review, and after a contact was made by the customer service support team, I actually received a refund of my money.
