One Piece Apparel Arvostelua 

I ordered some merchandise from their website and received an email saying they received my order and that I would receive another email in 3-7 days giving shipping information. They immediately charged my credit card and after not receiving any correspondence from them for almost three weeks I sent in a trouble ticket into their website as that is the only way to contact them. I received an email saying that I would receive another email within 3 business days but it’s been 6 business days and no response. I replied to their automated ticket two days ago and still nothing. Worst customer service ever!

There's an email for costumer service but they won't respond!
Ordered 3 shirts, two only arrived and they're large is really a small. I don't know how they get away with this

Ordered two shirts from here. One regular cut t shirt and one without sleeves. Both were delivered in a timely manner and both look great.

It came sooner than I thought and my son was very happy with it.,,

The cosplay came pretty quickly and it fits quite nicely.

I ordered from One Piece Apparel and had to return the item for a size exchange.

The return package was delivered to their PO Box on March 28, and I was later told that a replacement would be shipped. However, it has now been over 3 weeks without any tracking information or updates.

I have sent multiple follow-up emails but have not received any replies.

I hope the company can respond and resolve this issue soon.

I ordered my package april 23 and they never sent a tracking number to my email but sent me emails to purchase the item like i never bought it, based on the other reviews i dont expect my package to ever come.

I order and got within few days and the quality is amazing, I am so happy to use their services

Had a great experience with this company, the quality of the products was definitely worth the price and my son really enjoys his new stuff. Had to contact customer service and they were very helpful. Shipping did not take too long either. Great overall experience!

I bought a statue and it arrived in a garbage bag in front of my door. The statue was broken and the box was folded up.
I emailed customer service for a refund but they claimed I couldn't get one because of store policy:
- Items must be unused and in a new re-sellable condition
-One Piece Apparel is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
They shipped a STATUE in a GARBAGE BAG on it's own and expected it to be fine? Not even bubble wrap. Then refused refund because their abysmal packaging allowed the product to be damaged during shipment.

I noticed there are 7 reviews for this sight and they are all 1 STARS, yet this sight tells you they have 2.3 stars! So I looked into it. Here is what they say:

"Bayesian average. We use a Bayesian average in the calculation, to make sure that a business with fewer reviews starts off with a balanced TrustScore. This means that we automatically include the value of 7 reviews worth 3.5 stars each in all TrustScore calculations. As a business collects more reviews, this becomes a smaller factor in the calculation."

So, I for one think that's kind of messed up! Considering every single review is basically saying the same thing, that they scam you, take your money and don't send you the product! That's pretty important information for people to know. People should see that they have one star if 7 out of 7 people have said they haven't got their items and rated them 1 star!

Wrong product, i ordered the thousand sunny lego and got a product that didnt look like the one I ordered, horrible customer service

Scam will you buy something from them and they don’t send you a tracking number or an order number and they don’t answer back your emails. They just take your money and never send your item.
