Regarding the amount of money you can transfer, the maximum amount you can transfer in a single transaction via the MyOnePay app is £500. If you need to transfer more than this amount, you can simply submit an additional payment request through the app for the remaining balance.
Alternatively, if you would like to transfer more than £500 in a single transaction, you can contact our Customer Services team, who will be more than happy to assist you.
If you have any further thoughts to share or require any assistance, please don't hesitate to get in touch. We look forward to serving you again in the future.
