I preferred to sell my small amount of shares through One Off Trades instead of the Big Banks which I don't like. It was pretty easy to do except where I kind of got stuck but the helpline chat was really helpful and once he answered my question, everything was made much easier to do. As we are in our 70's we found it a bit confusing to go through the process and including photo ID and driver's licence verification.
