Sam, very professional and easy to talk to. Very helpful and explained everything clearly. Agreed to call at more suitable hours for me. Can highly recommend him. And got a lovely voice 😊.

Insurance with sam

Sam. Absolute gent, really informative, dealt with my tangent of a question every three minutes really well.
Explained in a clear and concise manner.
Would recommend.

Patient and professional

Sam was patient and respected my privacy when discussing sensitive information. He agreed to phone back at a quieter time which was out with normal work hours and still took the time to make things feel not rushed and pressured.

He was professional and easy to talk to unlike others from different companies that contacted me so thanks for that Sam 👍

Every one needs an insurance.

Every one needs an insurance. While I have had an amazing experience with one life insurance, & I will totally recommend it to any one with a progressive mind, it is a must to have. Especially, considering the level of uncertainty happening around us now. You want to live your dependants secured & not have to worry.

Sam was great

Sam was great, super helpful and friendly. Talked through everything with the application and answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable and I would recommend him for an all round excellent costumer service experience.

Very professional and unbiased information as per regulation.
Very polite and helpful.
