This business gave me the worst experience ever
This business gave me the worst experience I have ever experienced. They lied to me and then accused me of being the one that misunderstood them. I told them to pull the recording and listen and they refuse. They continue to claim I misunderstood. Last, their website claims there is no fee to give you an estimate yet they charge $59 dollars to come to your house and diagnose the problem before you receive the free estimate. There are a lot of honest AC repair companies in the DFW. One Hour is not one of them.

My furnace had inconsistent heating, so I called One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Frisco. The technician arrived promptly, found a faulty control board, and replaced it. He explained everything clearly and even suggested simple maintenance tips. Professional, efficient, and highly reliable service.

The AC condensate line was clogged, causing water to drip inside. The technician cleaned the line, tested the system, and offered maintenance tips. Courteous, efficient, and professional service. I will use them again.

I am extremely pleased with the service from One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Frisco. My AC unit had a leak, and the technician arrived quickly, diagnosed the issue, and repaired it efficiently. He was courteous and professional and explained preventative maintenance tips. Excellent experience from start to finish. I highly recommend it.
