The company buys their underwear from Temu, and then they put their own label on it. I thought it was your own clothing, but it is just underwear from temu.

Probably a scam site based on the following
Tried twice to order and each time their site USING Shop took payment and then said there was an issue. Admittedly my bank didn’t allow the transaction after initially allowing it which tends to support a scam as they have declined it.
I reviewed Reviews and looked at the positive ones. Now I am reviewing the adverse ones and have numerous concerns
I suspect product is not made locally and is imported from another country

Hi Steven,
Thank you for your feedback. We’ve checked our system and can confirm that no order has been placed or received from you. It looks like your bank declined the transaction, which is why no payment was processed on our end.
We want to assure you that we are a legitimate Australian business and all products are shipped directly from our warehouse. If you’d like, please reach out to us at info@oneempire.com.au
and we’ll be happy to assist you further in placing an order.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service! My order arrived so quickly (this is already my third with One Empire!) and the pieces fit beautifully. I wasn’t sure how to style the extra straps that came with a bra that weren’t shown in the photos, but the team responded right away with helpful guidance. Thank you so much, I’m already looking forward to my next order!

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
I’ve purchased a decent sized order early in January this year, mind you I purchased there large which should have fitted according to there sizing chart! (Yes I re measured before purchasing to double check ect)
When they arrived, it was an absolute joke, the cups were like a B which is definitely not even close to what they claimed to fit! I’ve been emailing back and forth with this company, but to get a response from them is absolutely beyond me… I’ve lost count on how many emails I’ve sent.
Long story short they told me to size up to xl, which I explained wouldn’t work, due to the band being way to big but cups being far too small… so I ordered xl…
When this order came, wow surprise!!! Toooo big! They have since only offered me to exchange to something that might fit better… mind you I had ordered 5-7 ish diffrent styles as it was!
Trying to get a reply in an email is absolutely disgusting! The most frustrating part is you reply to them and then hear nothing, you as a customer have to then go back through the message system to just get a reply… and even now I haven’t had a reply from my last one… absolutely sick of having to reach out to a company that’s no fault of my own! Extremely poor customer service!
Oh and in the second order, one come broken! (The strap that connected to the top of the cup) And they still couldn’t offer a refund even for that… this company is an absolute joke! DO NOT PURCHASE!!!

Hi Jemma,
I’m really sorry this experience has been frustrating - that’s the last feeling we ever want you to have.
I’ve looked into your messages and can see our team replied at each step to help troubleshoot fit and offer the options available under our policy. We’ve consistently offered store credit or exchange, and that still stands.
Bra sizing can vary by style and fabric, and it sounds like the cup/band balance wasn’t right for you. If you’d like, our fit team can recommend specific styles and sizes based on your usual bra and measurements so your next pick lands perfectly.
If you still have items eligible for return, we’ll happily process an exchange or store credit as soon as they’re received. Please email us at hi@oneempire.com.au
with your order number, and we’ll prioritise this for you. We genuinely want to make this right and get you into something you feel amazing in 💗

Efficient, but was packed weirdly
My order came within a good time frame. However the only weird thing was that I ordered two things, but they were sent as two separate orders. Don’t know why that would be necessary.
Other than that I love the products and they are good quality.
