One Day Tests - Royal Tunbridge Wells Arvostelua 

I arrived as a walk in and was seen straight away. Luanda who took my blood was so kind and friendly and explained the process to me. It was a quick and easy process and my results came through quickly.

Attended as a "walk in." Sophie was highly professional throughout from taking the tests through to explaining the results process. An asset to the team. Results subsequently received within the timescales indicated.

Very good website, easy to arrange date and time to suit my requirements. Very nice and efficient staff making the visit to the clinic a pleasant and easy time. Results came through very quickly. An all round excellent experience which I have also had on previous visits and will be going again on a regular basis. Highly recommended.

Really easy to book a last minute blood test. Had my test done around 9am in Tunbridge Wells and had my results by 4pm the same day which I wasn't expecting so that was a bonus!

I know, you would expect the laboratory you have your blood test sample to be clean but let's be honest: not all laboratories are living up to the reasonable standard. But the one we visited (near the Tunbridge Wells station) was exactly as you would want it: clean, well-kept, and with friendly and high-professional person greeting you.
As a medical professional by myself, I'm able to judge both the amount of information provided and the qualification of the nurse taking the sample. Both are 10/10; will definitely use them again if needed.
