One Day Tests - Croydon Arvostelua 

I had a full set of tests done, taken at 8:45am and the reportwas completed less than 24 hours later (just after midnight). It was 74 pages long (81 markers) but pretty comprehensive. There were a few things that were out of the ordinary but not unexpected, it was very easy to understand. The nurse who took my blood was very pleasant and professional, the process was about 5 minutes. My only minor issue was the note on the door asking to ring the buzzer only 2 minutes before my appointment, I'd turned up 25 minutes early, so waited outside. With 5 minutes left to go my nurse came outside looking for me, she told me I should have ignored the sign and buzzed as she'd been waiting for me to turn up.

I had a great experience. The lady who took my test was very friendly and charming. I will use this service again.

I needed a few specific tests done and One Day Tests was the only laboratory that offered the option to book the tests separately rather than paying for a whole package. The clinic service is very convenient and everything was well done in a timely manner. All the results were received in within 24h.

I have now used One Day Tests twice, and both experiences have been outstanding. My most recent visit was to the Croydon clinic on 07/04/2026, and just like my first test at their Canary Wharf location at the end of 2025, the entire process was efficient, professional, and remarkably smooth. I had my blood test done in the morning and received my results the same evening, exactly as promised.

The staff at both branches have been consistently excellent – highly skilled, professional, and at the same time genuinely friendly and welcoming. The phlebotomists have a very light hand, making the blood draw almost painless, which really helps if you are at all nervous about needles. The clinics themselves are clean, well-organised, and run in a way that inspires confidence from the moment you walk in.

What really sets One Day Tests apart is their use of technology and the depth of information they provide with the results. After my most recent test, I discovered their AI feature, which goes through every single marker, clearly explaining what it means, highlighting any concerns, and offering sensible, easy‑to‑understand recommendations. All markers are also tracked over time across multiple tests, which is incredibly useful for monitoring health trends and sharing with healthcare professionals.

Overall, I would genuinely rate One Day Tests 11 out of 10. They deliver on speed, accuracy, professionalism, and patient care, and they have clearly invested in tools that help patients actually understand their health, not just receive a list of numbers. I sincerely hope this review reaches both the staff and management teams at Canary Wharf and Croydon, as they truly deserve recognition and praise for the service they provide.

I was very impressed with how quick the results came back and how clear the dashboard was. The results have identified clearly a vitamin deficiency that I can address easily now that I understand the root cause of my symptoms.

Had blood test at Croydon branch without appointment. Luckily I didn't have to wait, very friendly and kind staff as well as speedy service. Results came through very quickly and I had prompt response to my online enquiry. I would definitely use One Day Tests again.

The professional who completed my blood test was extremely polite and accommodating when I arrived to my appointment much earlier than planned. I was seen almost immediately, the procedure was quick and not at all painful or uncomfortable, and I received the results the next day. I couldn’t ask for anything more

Even though I was very late for the appointment- I was treated very respectfully and in no time had my blood drawn and was on my way. The results came through very quickly. Am excellent experience all round.

A very good experience .It wasn't a great start, because I opted to have the home test, and could not get enough of a sample. However, they were very helpful about it, and I ended up going to the clinic at Croydon to have a professional take the blood for an extra charge.
Very quick and efficient and kindly, and I got the results the next day (unexpectedly).
