ONE BLOCK DOWN Arvostelua 

Ho acquistato un paio di Asics gel nimbus 24 il 27/8/22 e ho scritto al servizio clienti in data 4/11/22 per contestare un difetto interno in una delle 2 scarpe, fin dal primo contatto hanno rifiutato la sostituzione sostenendo che erano state usate, ho provato diverse volte a spiegare che era normale che fossero state usate e proprio per quello si era manifestato il problema ma purtroppo non hanno rispettato le regole sulla garanzia. SERVIZIO CLIENTI PESSIMO NON ACQUISTATE DA LORO.
In un secondo momento ho scritto direttamente ad Asics che ha riconosciuto il difetto e sostituito il prodotto.

J'envoie donc un mail pour en savoir plus, on me répond rapidement (peut-être la seul chose qui est bien chez eux) et la personne me dit que elle va voir avec Fedex.. Je relance 1 semaine après, rien, il me dise qu'ils attendent que Fedex réponde et me font signe dès que ils ont quelque chose... 1 MOIS CE PASSE ! Je n'ai toujours aucun mail.. Je décide de relancer avec un mail assez engagé. Réponse dans les 3h (bon point) pour me dire que Fedex leur avait répondu avec une preuve de livraison écrite qui dit que j'ai signer... Aucune signature en photo, un fichier, un PDF, RIEN, juste du texte.
Comment dire que soit les équipes de One Block Down sont très naïves, soit absolument pas professionnel de ne pas creuser plus loin et que le client soit obligé de relancer 1 mois plus tard pour avec une "réponse"...
J'attend toujours mon remboursement ceci dit ...

Air force 1 acquistate il 27 novembre. Scartate il giorno di Natale e la sorpresa per nostro figlio è stata doppia, dato che le scarpe NON sono originali. Purtroppo i 14 giorni per il reso sono passati. Martedi' chiameremo per reclamare. Se non ci risolveranno il problema sconsiglieremo questo sito caricando recensioni negative dove diremo chiaramente che siamo stati truffati.

In data 07/12/22 acquisto on line una felpa che
viene spedita con corriere SDA in data 12/12/22. La consegna era prevista per il giorno successivo 13/12/22, ma dal tracking emerge che si sono verificati dei problemi nella gestione del pacco e dopo una "poco probabile" mancata geolocalizzazione dell'indirizzo di consegna (ho inserito l'indirizzo di una clinica ospedaliera dove il corriere SDA consegna quotidianamente innumerevoli pacchi), ad oggi 23/12 non ho ancora ricevuto nulla e mi è stato praticamente impossibile reperire informazioni aggiornate tramite i vari call center su quale fine abbia fatto il mio acquisto.
Il servizio clienti di One Block Down ha continuato a ripetermi che il pacco sarebbe arrivato nonostante i ritardi e i disservizi e che il referente delle spedizioni sarebbe stato sollecitato in merito, ma in realtà non è mai arrivato nulla e ad ora dal tracking risulta ancora in lavorazione.
Giorni addietro ho proposto di spedirmi un secondo articolo in modo da bypassare il problema che probabilmente si è generato con questa specifica spedizione ma l'ipotesi non è stata nemmeno considerata; ho provato inoltre a chiamare il
negozio di Milano nel tentativo di sapere se un secondo articolo fosse disponibile presso lo store ma dopo una quindicina di squilli la linea veniva passata su occupato.
Trovo semplicemente vergognosa una gestione così superficiale di un cliente che ha dovuto subire i disservizi vostri e del corriere a cui vi affidate.
Chiaramente ordine annullato e rimborso richiesto.

I was skeptical due to previous negative reviews but everything turned out great! I ordered some Jordans late on a Sunday and received the package on a Wednesday afternoon (delivery to Germany). The shoes look as expected and everything was super properly packed. Definitely would recommend.

Li contatto, confermo di non aver ricevuto nulla, passano 10giorni (oggi) contatto le poste e mi dicono dalle poste che è stato consegnato al civico che in realtà sul mio indirizzo corrisponde AL PIANO.

(Anche io utilizzo le poste per spedizioni personali, e sono anche abbastanza efficienti, basta scrivere bene l’indirizzo di consegna.)

Stamattina chiamo ONEBLOCK, parlo con uno di loro gli spiego la faccenda e questo resta muto… (tutto ok?) chiudo il telefono ed eccomi qui…

Insomma, sono ancora in attesa di risposte da parte loro, (mentre io ho svelato l’arcano con una semplice telefonata) non ho ricevuto il rimborso, e non ho nemmeno le scarpe.

dopo 20 giorni sarebbe ora di trovare un punto d'incontro a prescindere dall'inefficienza dei corrieri a cui vi affidate

I ordered a t-shirt Order #EU-24816 on 25th November, on 6 December they send an email with a tracking number that appears as cancelled by sender on FedEx site. After 3 emails to the shop support account no answer yet. Worst experience ever from buying in an online shop.

Acquisto effettuato...pagamento effettuato ..approfittando del Black Friday....a distanza di 3 giorni dalla fine del Black Friday... Cancellano l'ordine anticipatamente pagato...e soprattutto facendomi perdere altre opportunità di risparmio che avrei potuto avere da venditori molto più seri.. Rimborso non ancora ricevuto ... SCONSIGLIATO .... Poco seri ma soprattutto inconcludenti... Mai più

Ho ordinato un paio di scarpe (Air Jordan 1 low rosse) introvabili su altri siti. La spedizione ci ha impiegato 3/4 giorni.Ero titubante per le recensioni negative ma mi sono ricreduta tantissimo!!! Meriterebbe più stelle. Ottimo anche il servizio clienti. Scarpe,scatola tutto assolutamente perfetto! 5 stelle meritatissime. Continuerò ad acquistare da loro.

Ordered a pair of shoes, was shipped the wrong item, then I was ignored several times over when emailing support to have the wrong item returned. They said they’d provide a return label, scheduled the pick up two days before they sent the label and even admitted to this in their email with the return label. On top on this they’ve made no mentions of the item I actually ordered and/or whether they will be shipping it to me. I got so desperate I called both store locations and they told me they could not do anything about online orders and to send an email to their info email. Hands down the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had online shopping. I just want what I paid for and clear cut communication as to what’s happening.

They replied to my emails with new pickup info for the wrongfully shopped item and still have not mentioned the product I ordered. If I had not come back to check their response to my review I wouldn’t know they would simply be refunding (which I didn’t want) but the real reason they are doing that is they don’t have what I intially ordered at all and refuse to admit to it or compensate the heavy amount of time not to mention money I’ve spent with/on them. Never shop here they do not care for their customers at all and the 5 star reviews that are on here should be called into question. Never experienced a shopping experience so bad in my life, I literally felt compelled to review them due to the astonishing experience they have put me and apparently so many others through. Don’t be fooled by their passive aggressive replies, buy from literally anywhere else

Ordered on Wednesday and received an automated confirmation. Sent an email asking if my order could be processed quickly, no response. Sent another email on Thursday and received a reply saying order would be shipped on Friday, it wasn't! Sent another email late on Friday asking If there was a problem and if the order could be cancelled. Received a response saying there was a problem with delivery address but solved. Did not answer when it would be shipped or if it could be cancelled. Now Saturday and order still not shipped after 3 days! Order still not shipped and no longer answering my emails

Ero un pò preoccupata quando ho acquistato on line a causa delle recensioni negative.
La mia esperienza però è stata più che positiva.
Ho chiesto informazioni e ho avuto subito risposta.
Ho ordinato e ricevuto dopo un paio di giorni il mio ordine.
Super veloci . Nulla di negativo.

I ordered some sneakers online through this page and they did not arrive. Shipping with Fedex cost me €10. When I told what happened to this company, they did not return my money. I'm out of money and out of shoes. Do not buy online in this store.

Ho acquistato un paio di scarpe di una misura e sono arrivate della misura sbagliata. Fatto notare l'errore via mail, mi è stato chiesto di inviare una foto con l'etichetta che non era assolutamente presente all'interno del pacco. Dopo sollecito mi chiedono di restituire la merce per ottenere il rimborso senza fornire alternative. Non mi sento di consigliare questo store online.

Tutto perfetto. Ho trovato sneakers limitate al giusto prezzo e spedizione in 2 giorni. Continuerò a comprare da loro!
