Well worth the stop en-route North from Hertfordshire- a super set-up with great service & coffee! The help and guidance was second to none, although I don’t know of anywhere else where you can try out sticks in the same way. We have been a customer of One Sport Warehouse for many years and have always been very happy with the service, which is excellent. Knowledgeable staff, quick online delivery and excellent in-store service. However, on this occasion they went above and beyond their usual high standards. My daughter just found out Uni hockey trials were on Sunday, it was Friday afternoon…. She’d given her hockey shoes and kit to children in South Africa on a recent hockey tour. I rang One Hockey and explained the situation. We were too late for their courier but they packaged up the order and dashed to the local delivery office to catch the last post. Rang me back to confirm it would definitely arrive the next day. I can’t thank them enough. Absolutely amazing service from such lovely people. This is why we should all support small independent businesses. Thank you so much! PS. She made the team!
