“I bought an onda V10 tablet in onda-tablet.com, they sent me the wrong tablet (less power, less memory), once it arrived i drop an email notifying that, they ask to me to send back the item promising to refund the shipping expenses, after that they cancel the order refund only the cost of the tablet without tell me the reason and without refund me the cost of reshipping.
And Now i spent 50 euros for reshipping + 40 euro for the import tax to have nothing. ”

I bought the onda obook 10 and thought it was great at first. However once I moved away from my WiFi router it was extremely poor for reception. Then after initially booted in windows 10 decided to do so again only to find it got stuck for 90 minutes attempting to repair the system. I powered off then restarted but I could not get passed the error - sent back to deals machine for a refund about 2.5 weeks ago. I would not bother buying this product unless you are happy to live with poor WiFi reception.

Avoid this reseller! They steal your money! I never got my purchase, and after a few replies from the customer service ("be patient"), they went silent and just ignore all my messages.
Apparently they had troubles with the parcel carrier (PostNL, subcontracted to DHL), and were not able to do proper investigation. But also they never tried to resolve the issue for me, for instance by resending another parcel. They just dropped my order without reimbursing me.

Acquisto effettuato in febbraio 2015 spedizione super veloce in soli 5gg. Venditore serio è consigliato. Peccato solo che il Tablet mi ha deluso sotto 2 aspetti audio e batteria

I have no complaints and if I need to purchase any onda tablets in the future I shall certainly buy from onda tablet
