Don't order off this company,I have paid over £40 for a item on the 9th of may through shop which have been unhelpful. I have sent 3 e-mails asking were my order is& received no reply! Bought this as a birthday present for my wife&her birthday as since passed! I have been limited with my complaint with shop up until after 30days&can't send another complaint till 14days after that! I am going to instruct my bank to do a forced return of funds if nothing is updated!

Order still not received long after delivery deadline had passed, with no response to three emails. Reported as fraud to bank and police.

Avoid this company at all costs. I placed an order for one of their lights on 13/5/26 as a birthday present for my niece this month. The confirmation came back saying they were preparing the order for shipment. It is now the 19th June and nothing. I have mailed them three times to chase this up, not one of which has been replied to.

Don’t be fooled by the closing down sale, and 80% off, Ordered a Collie dog, and when I chased my order I was told were waiting for new stock, but when I placed order they had 8 left. Don’t register closing down and new stock!
I chased my order 2 more times by email now and never received a reply. And still have not received my order some 6 weeks later. Given up ever receiving the goods. It’s all a con.

Would give no stars if i could....DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM TOTAL RIP OFF Took money never recieved item didnt reply to 24 emails the tracking page dissapeared. Now the complete web page has vanished. Bank are trying to get money back. Terrible company money and run merchants

This is a scam, don't waste your money, I ordered a golden retriever lamp on 26th April. 12th May my order showed as flight departure, it's now 15th June.
I don't know where the flight is departing from, but I am certain whoever was delivering it could have walked with it by now.
Also it says UK based company, that's not true, it's based in China.
I have raised a dispute with my bank to get the money back, as I don't think I'll ever receive the item.
I've tried to track the item again & the Web page cannot be found.

Absolutely disgusted with this firm. I ordered from them on 1st May 26, and I was told the item was on its way on 12/05/26. On tracking through them, it was on a plane 15/05/26, not a word since!!. It's apparently still on a plane!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You order and pay.... then nothing. But they do take your money!!

I placed an order #3078 with this awful company on the 5th May l ordered 2 lamps l am still waiting they haven't even shipped the items l keep sending emails to them but never get any response. I think this oncompany is a scam and must be stopped for selling items that never arrive !!.

2lamps ordered as Christmas presents on 2nd may 26, acknowledgement email received for the order, email received on 12th May advising order in transit with a tracker number. The website has been saying the same ever since (today 9th June 26). After sending numerous emails asking for a delivery update, with NO RESPONSE, I have requested a chargeback refund from my bank... Do not touch these, as either scam or extremely poor existing customer service???

I ordered a lamp on 1st May 2026. It said it was shipped on 12th May but no sign of it on 8th June and no response to my emails. Is this a scam I ask myself?

The tracker is hopeless. Hopefully someone will read this and actually do something.
I am still awaiting delivery or even a delivery date.

This is a complete rip off dont go near this company you will not get anything from them the add looks like they are in the uk but your moeny goes to a account in some other country you have been warned.

I ordered a Teckel lamp a month ago and it still says it's in transit. Unlikely to get the item I purchased. What a rip off.

I ordered 2 lamps on this site on 8 May 2026. Despite several contact attempts, I have had no responce and the goods have not been delivered to me, infact, my account page does not even have my order on it and the tracking says, ordered but not yet shipped. Very unpleasent experience. I would deffinately not use this company again and I am having difficulty getting the £60 that they took at time of order, back. I ordered a splendid boxer lamp as a birthday gift for my friend who owns a boxer. The order arrived but it was a terrier lamp. This was not what I wanted nor relevant for my friend. I sent an email on 14th May to explain the mix up and attached a photo of what had arrived. I asked to have the lamp exchanged or my money refunded. However, I have not received a response from the company, not even an acknowledgment of the email I sent. The lamp that arrived was even cheaper than the one I ordered, so not only did I not get what i ordered, I have paid more for the error.
I am disappointed and annoyed that there has been no communication from the company. If the original order was no longer available I would have accepted that rather than sending out something I didn’t want or ordered. Poor communication.
