Purchased items on their website and never received. No response to emails either! Scam website!

This is a fake website. They take your money and you never receive the goods . Purchased a product at the start of April and after numerous emails and a telephone number that does not work I realised I have been scammed. We need to get the website blocked.

Ordered online. No delivery! E-mails go unanswered. Links to my tax invoice and tracking received do not work. Telephone number listed on their website not working. BEWARE!

I ordered a week ago and still no communication or confirmation of my order. None of there emails or phone numbers work.
Scammers who were awarded entrepreneurs of the year. What a joke, just another Naidoo scamming everyone.
The Lognath brothers, Ricardo and Nicolas, are South African entrepreneurs from the Durban area in KwaZulu-Natal. They co-founded Omninela Medical (omninela.co.za), an e-commerce platform specializing in home healthcare devices, medical equipment, health monitors, beauty, and pet care product

If I could give them zero stars I would! I placed an order beginning of December 2025, received the confirmation mail, and that was the last communication! There are 3 e-mail address, no response! No telephone number to phone them directly! They are fraudsters, thieves, scammers, you name it and that is what they are! Don't buy from them as they will take your money and disappear!

I ordered Colpermin from Omninela. I did not receive the product and no one has responded to my emails. I think it's a scam

I have been waiting for my order since january, there are no updates and I get no response when I send emails am not even sure if I'll end up recieving my order or not .

Please avoid ordering from Omninela Medical. I placed an online order to the value of R2,280.00 with Omninela Medical on 26/11/2025. Despite numerous and repeated emails, I have not received any feedback regarding the status of my order, except for one email shortly after my first email query. I was told that the products were on back order and there would be a delay in the delivery date. I am very happy to engage with anyone who is considering legal action against Omninela Medical and their directors. Pity there is no option for a zero star rating!

You will not receive your order. You can send emails to find out about the order and no response. Do not order from them, they are scamming people.

Be alert, don't even bother buying a single product from them. They easily and happily took payment for the order online but zero communication from them thereafter.. No delivery, no response to mails, phone number does not work... Scammers!!!!

After taking payment and advising product out of stock, was ‘assured’ refund will be processed. No refund, no further communication. Scam alert! How can the payment platform still allow them to operate like this??

I ordered a product on 12 October 2025. In the meantime it was confirmed that this product is out of production. Every time I asked the company to refund me, I received the same message: "Your order has been received"

I ordered on 17/10/2025 and canceled my order within 24 hours, got refund notice from them, assured me Peach Payments will do my refund, to date nothing, they don't even bother to reply, I opened a Fraud case with my bank only to be told because I used Capitec Pay I could not get a refund, had I done an EFT they could do a refund. Case Closed. I can't believe there is nothing that can be done to these people, Joey and her endless promises, and then one cant even get hold of Peach Payments to assist. absolutely shocking, stay clear.

I would give them zero. Product ordered 21 December. Not a word since then. Emails unanswered. Assume it is another scam site. I am sorry I fell for it.

I ordered an aand piad on 12/12/2025 two products. Up to today, 9/01/1026, and after 5 emails to support @ominela, I have not received any reaction nor my order. I now insist on a refund and now they have vanished from the face of the earth. Their phone number 0328800123 does not exist.

Scammers. No product is delivered. No contact by telephone. Avoid. Really a scam.

This is a scam site. I bought and paid for a cholesterol monitor. Been following up for a month no one ever replies to the support queries. Still no monitor. Avoid at all costs.

This company is a fraud - do not buy from them online. My order was never delivered, no refund and they ignore my e-mails.

Possible Scammer alert.... Check Hello Peter... dont have product as advertised....dont pay refund
