Omer Istanbul Dental Clinic Arvostelua 

I recently visited Dr. Omer in Istanbul, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable, ensuring all my questions were answered. Their expertise in dentistry was evident as they carefully explained each step of the procedure. The clinic itself was modern and equipped with state-of-the-art technology, which gave me confidence in the quality of care I was receiving. My smile makeover exceeded my expectations; the results are stunning and natural-looking! Plus, I had the added bonus of having a personal consultant, Noor, every step of the way. She was extremely kind, informative and patient with me. During one of the treatment days, I went to the cafe next door for food and drink. I was at the register for some time trying to understand the gentleman behind the counter. I turn around and there was Noor, ready to help me 😊. I HIGHLY recommend to anyone considering cosmetic dental work abroad!

This dentist clinic provides real good job. My husband and me changed our smiles to Hollywood ones. Very good experience

I found Omer Istanbul on Facebook and did some research by contacting two other dental providers in Istanbul and after corresponding with all three for over a month, decided to go with Omer Istanbul. The online consultant Mozhgan was very professional and excellent in answering all my questions and concerns. My friends and family were very skeptical as I was going from the US to Turkey but after checking all the reviews and research I am glad that I made this decision. Mozhgan explained the procedures, costs and timeline. The cost for me was about $7,400.00 for the service and hotel accommodation/airport transfers in comparison to the US would be around 90-120 K Us Dollars.

I flew from Virginia to Istanbul on Turkish Airlines and was picked from the airport and driven straight to the clinic. The Hotel was two blocks away, a 3 min. walk. At the Clinic I was met by a lovely young lady Aygun who was just great. She assisted me for the four days I was there and was extremely helpful with the whole process. Dr. Gamze was excellent and the implants, bone grafting, and extractions were done seamlessly.

I have to make a followup visit in 6 months after everything heals so that I can get my 24 zirconia crowns put in.

Overall I am very satisfied with Omer Dental and would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional dental service at a very very affordable cost.

Fabulous from start to finish. ( just a few little niggles)
The person that communicated with me back in the UK was a breeze so easy to talk to and full of information. However ...
Arriving at my hotel I was a little frustrated the room was fantastic but there was things advertised on their own personal website that didn't exist anymore. This partucular hotel advertised a sauna, massage facilities. Also a restaurant that I could purchase food as only breakfast was included. It had none of this- being alone female travelling i made it clear to the person I was in communication with that I chose this hotel for that reason so I had something to do whilst not at dentist.

First dentist appointment I met kamal and he put me at ease right from the start. Very approachable and understanding of my nerves. Throughout the whole week kamal kept in touch with progress, appointment times, what happens next and pain killers.
I would say make sure you bring English cash as I got stung extra paying by card - I had no idea you had to pay cash!

I then met a lovely male dentist who went through my X-ray and decided on the best plan. And gave the option to have my root canal done at the same time.

Finally I met Esma! My dentist to carry out all my work. What a beautiful woman she is. Talked me through every step. Wiped away my tears when I was missing home. And gave the hugs when I was overwhelmed. Beautiful inside and out

My only issue throughout the whole prosess to do with the staff is the assistant she was extreamly too rough. From using the suction, to fitting the temp teeth, to wiping my teeth to make sure there dry for fitting she was just extreamly too rough. - there was times she was so rough I felt like just stopping. - no one else during my time was like this.

My end result is amazing I'm truly please with it all. Thankyou all for giving me my new smile and confidence.

Alles wurde wie vorab mit Türkan am Telefon besprochen auch so umgesetzt.
Die Abholung vom Flughafen, einchecken in ein 4 Sterne Hotel das 4 Gehminuten entfernt der Klinik lag, die freundliche Kontaktaufnahme in der Klinik, bis hin zu Dr. Habib, der mit seiner ruhigen emphatischen Art, gepaart mit seiner absolut fachlichen Kompetenz und Erfahrung, vorab über den Ablauf der Behandlung aufklärt.
Es wurden 4 Implantate eingesetzt und 28 Zähne überkront, wobei noch eine Wurzelbehandlung fällig wurde.
Ich gebe zu das es hin und wieder geschmerzt hat, doch es hielt sich alles in allem im Rahmen.
Nochmal, Dr. Habib und seine Assistentin sind ein sehr gut eingespieltes Team, und die Gespräche die notwendig waren, wurden von der sympathischen Türkan exzellent übersetzt.
Abschliessend möchte ich noch einmal betonen, das für dieses Preis-Leistungsverhältnis bei dem eine Woche an meinem jetzt wieder tollen Gebiss mit solch einer Hingabe und Sorgfalt gearbeitet wurde, kenne ich keine andere Klinik die preislich ebenbürtig wäre.

I found this place after searching online for help with dental implants . I messaged the page expecting a generic automated response . Surprisingly I was quickly contacted by someone via phone and relieved when they spoke English . I was asked to take pictures of my smile and they came up with a tentative treatment plan based on my pics . The price I was quoted was well within the budget I had set for the processes and a fraction of what i had been quoted for the same work in the US . A month later I flew there to start the process . The entire thing went smoothly ,the airport pickup , hotel check in , and its location to the clinic The clinic was clean and inviting , the staff was polite and professional .I was assigned a guide / translator to help with any language barriers . My procedure was done in 2 trips 6 months apart as I needed implants which required healing time . All work was finished this week and I can’t be more pleased with my new smile . Amazing experience and a special thank you to Mucahit, Taylan ( my guides) and Hassan the office manager who initially contacted me and kept in touch , explaining everything in detail throughout the process .

I can highly recommend this clinic. From excellent punctual transfer from the airport, to the very comfortable hotel across the street but most of all when it comes to the most friendly service of the managers Hatice and Mücahit- always there, so helpful with any question you can imagine! Last but not least…the tratment is highly professional of Dr Kadir, most competent, always friendly and relaxed during the whole treatment which makes the patient feel totally comfortable! Not one pain tablet was necessary after roottreatments and all the crowns! Now ask for the result… JUST EXCELLENT! Not to forget the kindness and sweetness of Dr Kadirs Assistent! The whole staff makes you feel most welcome with warmth and they all feel responsible for any question you have! Any time I would choose this clinic again!👍♥️

I really do not know where to start with a review of this truly outstanding clinic as I feel whatever I say will never be enough to warrant such a professional team. For the past 20+ years I had most of my back teeth missing with the remaining few that I had left crooked and discoloured. As a result of this I had great difficulty eating and was highly embarrassed to show my teeth let alone smile (in photographs I would do a closed mouth smile). After extensive research I spoke at length with Hassan who answered all my questions quickly, promptly and set my mind at ease to make the best decision of my life to choose Omer Instanbul.
Last Ausust, I was collected at Istanbul airport in a Mercedes private transfer vehicle and transported to a beautiful and convenient hotel which is just opposite the clinic. I met the fantastic Taylan (my coordinator and translator) who was in regular contact every day and was with me every step of the way. His calmness kept me calm and it was very reassuring to have everything explained to me on a day to day basis. Once all the paperwork had been completed, work commenced right away. I had some surgical procedures carried out by Levant over the course of 3 days. He gave me sinus lifts, bone grafts and fitted 7 implants. I was told to return again in 6 months time once all the gums had healed.
So last week I returned for the last part of my treatment. Again I was met by Taylan who was my regular point of contact. My dentist Mehmet and his assistant Eva carried out lots of work in preparation for my new implants. Mehmet has got to be the most amazing dentist I have ever visited - a true perfectionist and his dental nurse was totally amazing. They are all a huge credit to Omer Istanbul.
So on Friday my dream came true - my smile is back! Just as I was leaving I met with Levant, the surgeon where my journey began, and showed him the huge transformation. I will never forget his words to me after I thanked him endlessly for being part of a team that has completely changed my life. He simply said “May you use your new smile on all your happy days”
A personal thank you to all at Omer and if you are taking the time to read this and are not sure which clinic to choose, please do not hesitate to choose this one. They will not let you down and you will be another very happy and satisfied patient like me

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Omer Istanbul and my experience there! I was SO NERVOUS about travelling all the way there alone from Canada, and had SO MANY concerns and questions. Not only were the staff SO patient and informative with me, they absolutely went above and beyond to ensure that me and my smile were taken care of. I am so thrilled with my new teeth, and so appreciate the kindness and professionalism of everyone at Omer Istanbul. I would definitely recommend them for all your dental needs; it is more than worth the trip!

I researched several dentists and finally chose Omer Istanbul - a good decision as my experience and outcome has been truly excellent. This place is very busy with customers from all over the world. I was assigned a chaperone Mr Taylan who guided me through each step of the process and the Dentist Dr Habib and his nurse were clearly very experienced so all was very smooth going. I had both top and bottom done and the price was one of the best in Istanbul - I even got a bit of a refund as I didn’t need as many crowns! So all round a very honest and professional clinic and I’m very glad I chose them. The hotel I was booked into was directly across from the clinic which has a mall next door which has a good range of food offerings. The hotel whilst being well used, was comfortable and clean with great WiFi so no complaints at all. I would definitely recommend this clinic for anyone thinking of getting their dream teeth, as for me they have delivered very good value, excellent quality and my main Ömer contact Tony has supported me brilliantly throughout the journey- thanks to all the team!!!

Vor etwa drei Wochen habe ich mich im Ömer Istanbul Dental Center einer vollständigen Überkronung meiner Zähne unterzogen. Von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zum Abschluss der Behandlung war der Service durchweg herausragend.

Bereits im Vorfeld stand ich über WhatsApp mit Can in Kontakt, der mich umfassend und professionell beraten hat. Er war jederzeit erreichbar und stand mir mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Dafür möchte ich mich herzlich bedanken!

Während meines Aufenthalts wurde ich von Handan und Sema betreut – zwei äußerst engagierte und herzliche Mitarbeiterinnen, die mir stets zur Seite standen. Ganz gleich, was ich benötigte, sie waren immer für mich da. Ein großes Dankeschön für diese wunderbare Unterstützung!

Mein besonderer Dank gilt zudem meinem behandelnden Zahnarzt Ömer Baz und seiner Assistentin Esra. Die beiden bilden ein eingespieltes Team, das mit höchster Präzision arbeitet und jedem Patienten ein strahlendes, perfektes Lächeln schenkt. Ihre einfühlsame Art hat mir meine anfängliche Angst genommen, sodass ich mich während der gesamten Behandlung bestens aufgehoben fühlte.

Ich bin mit dem Ergebnis mehr als zufrieden und schätze es sehr, dass eine jährliche Kontrolluntersuchung angeboten wird. Besonders bemerkenswert finde ich die 10-jährige Garantie, die zusätzliche Sicherheit gibt, falls doch einmal eine Korrektur erforderlich sein sollte.

Read everything before signing… quotes in the clinic can defer from original estimate 40% at time.. ask questions at all times otherwise they can keep you on a limbo throughout the days…
To me at the moment they have not complied with what they promised from the beginning…

It was my first time to hear about Omer dentist in Istanbul from my friend. On my first contact with them they were quite friendly and very prompt in answering all of my questions and concerns I had. Appointment was booked with Zoufie and made sure that he kept contact until arrival in Istanbul. Organised transport pickup from airport to the hotel and back. Transport to pick us up from the hotel to our first initial appointment was also organised for us. The clinic is very clean, all the staff were very friendly. Our medical consultant Selvi was very friendly and explained how the procedure was going to be done quite well for us to understand. Selvi and Zoufie kept contact with us all the time making sure that everything was okay and was going according to plan. Thank you to Omer Dentists I really love my new look.

Ich konnte jahrelang nicht lächeln, da ich keine schönen Zähne hatte. Letztes Jahr stieß ich auf die Klinik Omer Istanbul und fand sie sehr ansprechend. Deshalb schrieb ich sie an und informierte mich zunächst über den Ablauf. Im November 2024 ließ ich meine Zähne dort bei Dr. Kadir behandeln. Er war sehr sympathisch, und auch die Zahnarzthelferin (deren Namen ich leider nicht weiß) war sehr aufmerksam. Ich bekam sechs Wurzelkanalbehandlungen, ein Zahn wurde gezogen, und alle Zähne wurden abgeschliffen und überkront. Meine Dolmetscherin Sema stand mir jederzeit bei Fragen zur Seite. Ich fühlte mich sehr wohl. Am Anfang war ich etwas nervös und ängstlich, aber wer geht schon gerne zum Zahnarzt? Am Ende wurden meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Ich konnte endlich wieder lachen, ohne Bedenken, obwohl es am Anfang sehr ungewohnt war. Ich hatte zwar noch drei Wochen Schmerzen, was ganz normal war, aber sie verflogen plötzlich, und alles war super. Danke dem Team Omer Istanbul für die tolle Arbeit!

Andreea my translator was amazing very kind and helpful once I arrived at the clinic.She make me feel comfortable with her patience, she was always with me and she was make sure I understood everything. She translated, made appointments, arranged for transportation…and also she come with me to the Pharmacy!

I recommend Omar to all my friends and family 5 star service from their whole team!
