I was very satisfied with the practice. The care provided by the staff and the final result were absolutely convincing. I would definitely use Omer Istanbul's services again.

We came all the way from Australia to be treated for dental work including an extraction, root canals and new crowns. Our first interaction was a Facebook advertisement and we contacted Omer Dental after seeing the good reviews on Google and Trust Pilot. We started and maintained contact over Whatsapp and email and all our questions were answered. Nurhan was our contact and we are very happy with their organisation. Our dental work we had is complicated but fortunately we had a very professional dentist Dr Habib and his assistant Fatma who carefully treated us and gave us the most fabulous new smile. Our interpreter Shirley was just lovely and calmly explained the process and translated between Turkish and English effortlessly. We were on a tight time frame and all the work was completed in 6 days and they even stayed back until 8pm on a Saturday night to finalise our teeth to get them just perfect. And the price is so much more affordable than Australia which justified our travel. The dental facilities are world class and equivalent to what we have in Australia. I can't thank the team enough and if you are Australian they will make you feel most welcome. I'm glad we chose Omer

Tout d’abord, un immense merci à Omer Istanbul, ainsi qu’à Madame Radhia, ma traductrice Madame Alime, ma dentiste et ses assistantes. Une équipe vraiment professionnelle, humaine et très organisée !

En 2024, j’avais demandé un premier avis, mais j’étais un peu réticent. Finalement, je me suis lancé, et sincèrement : je ne le regrette pas une seconde.

L’équipe d’Omer Istanbul a répondu à toutes mes questions et mes inquiétudes avec clarté, patience et bienveillance.
Un gros imprévu est arrivé : j’ai dû prendre l’avion un dimanche pour raisons professionnelles, et mon premier rendez-vous a été annulé. En urgence, j’ai contacté la clinique.
Madame Mouna et Madame Radhia n’avaient que 3 heures pour me réorganiser tous les rendez-vous, l’hôtel, les transferts… C’était une mission difficile, mais elles ont géré ça à la perfection, avec une efficacité remarquable.

➡️ Le transfert était impeccable,
➡️ L’hôtel était propre, bien équipé (salle de sport, piscine…),
➡️ Et surtout situé à 2 minutes à pied de la clinique, super pratique !

Les soins ont été pris en charge très rapidement : radio, diagnostics, interventions… Le tout fait avec rigueur et sérieux.

J’ai subi une opération assez importante, donc bien sûr, il y a eu quelques douleurs, mais tout a été anticipé.
Un grand merci à Madame Alime, ma traductrice, toujours à l’écoute, très douce et réactive. Elle m’a même fourni les antidouleurs nécessaires. Chaque recommandation ou besoin était pris en compte immédiatement.

Et surtout, un immense merci à ma dentiste, d’une précision et d’un professionnalisme incroyables. Elle a pris le temps de bien m’expliquer chaque étape, et a réalisé un travail minutieux jusque dans les moindres détails.
Ses assistantes ont également été adorables, attentionnées et très compétentes. Elles ont su me mettre à l’aise et m’accompagner tout au long des soins avec gentillesse.

Je recommande cette clinique les yeux fermés. Pour moi, c’est clairement la meilleure clinique d’Istanbul.

I returned and was treated like a vip. They removed the full top row and re made in 3 days.

Kæmpestor positiv overraskelse da jeg trådte ind hos Omer Istanbul Dental Center. Receptionen var klinisk ren og velkomsten var yders venlig. Jeg følte mig godt tilpas med det samme.
Efter en omhyggelig undersøgelse var en tandlæge klar med forslag til min kommende behandling. En 3D røntgenundersøgelse viste, at jeg var klar til at modtage denne behandling bestående af 25 tandkroner
Tandlægen Seyma stod for behandlingen og var yderst professionel og venlig. Min ligeså venlige tolk, Shirley gav svar på alle spørgsmål i hele forløbet.
Resultatet blev bedre end jeg havde forventet og jeg kan nu spise normalt samtidig med at jeg har fået et pænt smil.
Jeg kan give Omer Istanbul Dentist Center mine allerbedste anbefalinger. En helt igennem fantastisk oplevelse.

Devant la quantité de centres dentaires à Istanbul j'étais perdue. J'ai choisi la clinique Omer après de multiples recherches. Je l'ai choisie au regard des avis très positifs des patients aussi en raison du professionnalisme des équipes, dont j'ai pris connaissance, aussi au vu des photos qui laissaient apparaître des soins de qualité et un rendu naturel ce qui était dans mes priorités. J'ai été conseillée par téléphone, durant le montage de mon plan de traitement par Dany. Dany est une personne bienveillante qui connaît parfaitement son travail. Il a répondu à tous mes questionnements au sujet des soins proposés et ce dans des temps records, même les jours de repos et à des heures tardives. De plus il a le sourire dans la voix, toujours de bonne humeur, il est rassurant. Dany m'a aidée à trouver le meilleur tarif pour mon billet d'avion. Arrivée a l'aéroport un taxi m'attendait pour m'amener dans un super hôtel situé en face de la clinique. Tout était parfaitement organisé par Dany. J'ai été prise en charge dès le lendemain par mon interprète Vahya lequel m'a accompagnée tout au long de mon séjour auprès des équipes médicales. Vahya a été aussi très à l'écoute de mes interrogations durant les soins, il a été de bon soutien, il me posait toutes les questions sur mon ressenti sur le confort des soins, sur le résultat attendu et transmettait à l'équipe médicale tout aussi formidable, du chirurgien au dentiste sans oublier l'assistante, ils se sont tous préoccupés des soins avec beaucoup d'attention et toutes mes inquiétudes étaient vite dissipées. Ils ont procédé aux soins nécessaires et à tous les contrôles ultérieurs. Dany malgré son emploi du temps a pris un moment pour de me rendre visite et nous avons pu faire connaissance ce qui m'a fait énormément plaisir. Tout au loin du protocole de soins il est resté en contact avec moi et faisait le lien avec mon interprète je pouvais aussi lui faire part de mon état, il a été là aussi très réactif et très disponible. Je les remercie tous du fond du cœur je n'oublierai aucun d'entre eux 🙏quel professionnalisme, qu'elle bienveillance, qu'elle gentillesse et bonne humeur !!! Ich war für eine Zahnbehandlung in der Omer Zahnklinik in Istanbul und kann nur Positives berichten. Mein Berater Adem war sehr freundlich und hat alle meine Fragen beantwortet. Nach dem ich die Fotos zur Verfügung gestellt habe, war nach paar Tage das Angebot fertig. Die Terminvergabe verlief schnell und unkompliziert. Vor Ort wurde ich sehr freundlich von der Dolmetscherin Zhera empfangen. Die Zahnärzte waren äußerst professionell, haben alles verständlich erklärt und sehr sauber gearbeitet. Ich habe mich jederzeit gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das hervorragende Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis – hier stimmt einfach alles. Ich kann die Omer Zahnklinik mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen und werde bei Bedarf definitiv wiederkommen. My experience with the Omer Istanbul clinic was amazing!! From my consultant Karim who from the beginning knew how to answer ALL my concerns and doubts. Always attentive at any time of the day, he did not hesitate to call me and explain everything patiently. Then on arrival in Istanbul the reception was also very good, they picked me and my friends up at the airport and took us to the clinic to take the first tests. During the week I was always accompanied in the clinic by my translator Shirley, very polite and decisive. And the whole team that accompanies Dr. Gőkhan who was the one who performed the treatment also very patient and professional!! Then, the result is wonderful, to this day I still can't believe that they will look so good, I had an idea of how they would look because I did a lot of information on the internet but I have to say that they have turned out 200% better than I had in mind. I will ALWAYS be eternally grateful to this clinic because they have changed my life.

My treatment was 22 Zirconium crowns, and I have to add that the doctor who touched me in particular was a perfectionist and until he saw them perfect both to his specialist eye and to my specific demands, he did not sit still and had them checked until we were both satisfied.

Bonjour , je viens de la suisse , j‘ai eu cette adresse grâce à des amis qui était déjà venu faire leurs dents , alors dans le prix , vous avez le déplacement de l’aéroport à l’hôtel et le retour aussi , l’hôtel se trouve à Max 5 min de chez Omer avec ça un consultant qui nous traduise dans notre langue , mon consultant était Yahya, et mon medecin était Emre et son assistante Ebru , ils m‘ont mis en confiance et on fais un très travail , j‘en suis ravi , je ne peux que vous le conseiller Omer, merci à toute l’équipe !

Am ajuns pentru un consult intr-o zi de luni dimineață si am fost placut surprins sa cunosc doi Doctori, ESMA SI SEDA care dupa un consult amanuntit, mi-au facut un plan de tratament. Nimic neobisnuit pana aici, insa am intalnit alti doi Oameni minunati, MELIKE și ANDREEA care mi-au explicat, desenat, m-au intrebat daca imi este ceva neclar, mi-au dat solutii. Nimeni nu s-a grabit, nimeni nu s-a uitat la ceas. Mentionez atentia deosebita acordata curateniei, atentia deosebita acordata pacientului si confortului lui. Sa stiti ca am cautat mult pe internet, inainte de a alege aceasta Clinica, mai ales pentru ca problema cu care eu am ajuns acolo este ceva mai speciala, si mai ales pentru ca imi este frica de dentist. Ei bine, aici ma duc fara frica. dece pe care se găsesc următoarele: profesionalism, cunoastere, atentie, respect, har si talent. Din alt punct de vedere, anume acela al confortului pacientului, este total. Chiar nu se face rabat la asta (o parte a tratamentului a fost extractia a patru masele si un dinte – sincer va marturisesc ca nici macar nu am stiut ce se intampla in gura mea, atat de mare a fost starea de confort si relaxare, fara durere nici in timpul procedurii nici dupa). Pot sa va spun ca eu am ales, in aceasta ordine: Oamenii, performanta, incredere,disciplina si calitate. Sunt un norocos sa le gasesc pe toate in acelasi loc, Imi place sa zambesc, si am ales sa zambesc impreuna cu Omer Dental Instambul. Va doresc succes, va doresc sa puteti, prin daruire si rabdare sa reusiti sa schimbati mentalitati, sa schimbati stomatologia la Omer Dental instambul, pentru ca se poate, si daca se poate Dvs sunteti aceea care o pot face. Clinique dentaire au Top. personnel serviable et agréable. La clinique est dotée du matériel médical dernier cri. J'ai été conseillé et pris en charge avant mon arrivée à Istanbul par Julie ( conseillère médicale), à qui j'adresse mes remerciements, puis par Ali , mon correspondant traducteur , toujours souriant, que je remercie vivement. Dès le plan d'intervention établi par le chirurgien dentiste et le contrat signé, deux jours plus tard la pose des implants eût lieu.
