Omegasonics’ ultrasonic cleaning technology is created by generators that produce high frequency electricity. This electricity is then converted into sounds waves through a transducer, which makes these waves vibrate. As the waves travel through water, tiny vacuum bubbles form and repeatedly implode upon any surface they encounter, removing even microscopic dirt particles. These cavitation bubbles reach and clean grooves, cracks and hidden crevices more effectively than alternative methods. Customer service is truly exceptional. Of the 15 + years we have been doing business with Omega Sonics we have had only a couple of issues with our machine. When contacting Frank @ Omega the reply back is almost immediate and his knowledge in helping resolve the concern with our unit is always spot on. He has up and running asap.

Excellent service, quick, efficient resolution of problem.
Older Ultrasonic tank suddenly stopped working due to component failure on generator module. Unit shipped back to Omegasonic, arrived Tuesday morning: - diagnosed, repaired, tested and shipped back by Thursday evening, back in production by Friday. Great service, Frank & team kept us informed of progress and went out their way to ensure unit got on the delivery vehicle by Thursday evening.
