Pésima experiencia. No tienen los precios publicados y te dan un precio alto, si dudas te cuentan que tienen un descuento y te lo bajan. Nos dieron el coche con más km y menos gasolina que la que ponía el contrato que firmábamos. Pedimos hacer una inspección del vehículo y entonces nos acompañó al coche un empleado, cambió el kilometraje cuando nos dimos cuenta (si no lo pedimos, nos la cuelan), el coche nos lo entregaron sin lavar cuando nos dicen que esperemos 15 min para lavarlo. Devolvemos el coche con la misma gasolina que la que nos entregaron (con foto) y nos cobran dinero a la tarjeta directamente al decir que tenia más. Tenemos que pasar un mal rato justificando lo ocurrido, explicando que el coche había sido usado entre la anterior devolución y la siguiente entrega (cosa que nos dice el propio empleado cuando nos lo da, así como que confirma que le ha llovido en el camino y no ha lavado el coche para entregarlo). Finalmente nos devuelven el dinero, pero con mala actitud. No es un sitio recomendable, ya que intenta engañar y sacarle dinero a los clientes.

Terrible experience with this company. Rented a car in Fuerteventura, there was no office just a lady in the car park with others around her waiting to pick up their cars all done from the back of a car. I had purchased extra insurance but she kept insisting that I needed to buy more and became quite aggressive when I said that I had full cover already. Had to return the car earlier than I thought as we got to the airport early but there was no where to return keys and no answer to the phone even though I had emailed and messaged them to say I was bringing the car back early. Eventually I phoned from a different phone and someone answered telling me to leave the keys in the car with the parking ticket. Would never use this company again.

Do not use this company. We tried to rent a car, but when we showed up to pick up the car no one was there. It was hard to get in touch with costumer service. We got vague answers. We were told that the person responsible for the car was going to call us. He did not. We got in touch with costumer service after 1,5 hours. They were not helpful. The person who was supposed to be in the office had left and would not be back for a couple of hours. We got their phone number, and they were very rude and hung up the phone. There were several groups waiting for cars, who got no help. We had to cancel the car and hire from the company next door. By far the worst experience I’ve had renting a car.

Unreliable, unpleasant and aggressive towards the client, in short unprofessional, I strongly advise against using them.

Experiencia inmejorable, llegar a la isla y que nos atendiera Silvia hablando gallego me alegro el día, el coche todo perfecto, limpio , y el precio inmejorable, encantados y si volvemos a Canarias volveremos a alquilar con ellos, 100 % recomendables

CUIDADO! Son unos estafadores.
Alquilamos un coche que tuvimos que recoger en el parking público del aeropuerto de Fuerteventura y nos hicieron pagar el parking para salir.
Al devolver el coche nos hicieron aparcar en el mismo parking sin que nadie recepcionara la entrega, dejando el coche abierto y con las llaves debajo de la alfombra… y aquí viene la Estafa, a los cinco minutos de dejar el coche nos envían un vídeo que el coche está sucio con un poco de arena de la playa cosa que no era verdad y nos informan que nos cobran 100€ de depósito por suciedad extrema. Lógicamente todo esto antes de coger un avión y sin cogernos las llamadas ni responder mensajes ni opción a contactar.

We had a wonderful experience with renting a car by Omega.
We had a good price and a nice car quite new. We didn’t pay any deposit. The process of picking up and bringing back went very smooth.

God bil. God service. Det var lidt dyrt men da vi sagde det var får dyrt så satte de bare prisen ned. Hvorfår? Hvorfår skiver folk så grimme ting om bilen. Det er fint.

Nos alojamos en el hotel SBH Maxorata, donde hay un punto de alquiler de coches dentro de las instalaciones. Una tarde fuimos allí y el personal del hotel nos dijo que el empleado debía estar presente. Sin embargo, a las 19:20 no había nadie. Al día siguiente volvimos a intentar alquilar un coche, pero otra vez no había nadie; esta vez fue a las 10:30. Considero esta actitud muy incompetente y totalmente irresponsable en este sector. Cuando finalmente apareció el empleado, su comportamiento fue muy inapropiado y sus respuestas, despectivas. No recomiendo gestionar el alquiler de coche en este punto.

Rented a car with FULL insurance. Caused damage to the tyre accidentally while at Aqualand. They brought a new car and advised would be covered under insurance. The following day 240 euros was taken from my card without authorisation and fraudulently. I argued this and Omega argued that it was an unpaved road. I sent photographic evidence of the tarmacked attraction and they still argued it wasn't covered. I would be very cautious renting with these

Wir mieteten für 2 Tage einen Kleinwagen, lief alles sehr problemlos und war auch nicht teuer.
Nur wäre eine kleine Einweisung nicht schlecht gewesen, gerade weil es sich um ein Hybridfahrzeug handelte... Ist zwar nichts außergewöhnliches dabei, aber da die Anzeige auch nur spanisch ist, wären einige Erklärungen hilfreich.
Es gibt zwar den Hinweis, dass man mit diesem Fahrzeug nur auf asphaltierten Strecken fahren soll, nur endet auf der Insel so manche asphaltierte Straße dann auch mal einfach so und es geht nur noch auf festgefahrenen Vulkanpisten weiter..., auch da wären genauere Informationen im Vorfeld hilfreich.
Ansonsten sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und wir hatten das Glück, gleich am Hotel buchen zu können.

Mieten Sie kein Auto über diese Vermietung in Fuerteventura! Wir mieteten einen Wrangler Jeep um über Furteventura zu fahren. Früh morgens starteten wir im Hotel mit dem Auto, wo wir es übernahmen und mussten direkt feststellen, dass der Reifendruck eines Reifens viel zu niedrig war. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass er bereits früh morgens aufgefüllt wurde und wir gerne ins Büro fahren können um den Reifen erneut prüfen zu lassen. Im Pannenfall können wir gerne die Servicenummer anrufen. Damit nicht unsere Zeit zur Klärung des Problems verloren geht, sind wir gestartet und haben den Reifen an der Tankstelle aufgefüllt. Das mussten wir leider nach 50 km erneut tun. Also entschieden wir zum Hotel zurückkehren und das verkehrsunsichere Auto zurückzugeben. Allerdings kam dann jemand vom Service, der den Reifen dann gegen den Reservereifen (anderes Profil) tauschte. Wir konnten dann erneut starten, verloren aber 4 Stunden wegen des Problems, das von Anfang an bestanden hat. Dass wir 159 Euro für ein unsicheres Auto bezahlt haben, was wir nur einen halben Tage sicher nutzen konnten, interessiert den Vermieter nicht. Es wird von Person zu Person verwiesen, eine teilweise Rückerstattung gibt es nicht. Meine Empfehlung, mieten sie über check24!

Do not rent a car through this rental in Fuerteventura! We rented a Wrangler Jeep to drive via Furteventura. Early in the morning we started at the hotel with the car, where we took it over and had to immediately realise that the tire pressure of a tire was much too low. We were told that it was already replenished early in the morning and we were welcome to go to the office to have the tire checked again. In the event of a breakdown, we can call the service number. So that we do not lose our time to clarify the problem, we started and topped up the tire at the gas station. Unfortunately, we had to do that again after 50 km. So we decided to return to the hotel and return the unsafe car. However, someone from the service came and replaced the tire with the spare tire (different profile). We were then able to start again, but lost 4 hours because of the problem, which existed from the beginning. The fact that we paid 159 euros for an unsafe car, which we could only use safely for half a day, does not interest Omega. It is referred from person to person, there is no partial refund. My recommendation, rent them through check24!
