I ordered a GLP 3 they had on the website. They emailed me and said I needed a prescription. I asked for a refund and they said they already shipped the product but in the bottom of the email they said they would recund me. Its been 2 months amd i have received absolutely nothing and they wont answer my emails. This website is an absolute scam.

They had a 20% off sale the day after I made a large purchase. I emailed twice asking for credit or to cancel my order and I would reorder at the sale price. I got no response and they just shipped my order. Will never order with them again. Terrible customer service.

I had great experiences on 12/1, 12/2, 12/3 and 12/4 and Christmas eve for recent transactions. Spectacular company, great product, great integrity, great shipping, great prices and super responsive staff and owner. I have used them for about a year now and the list initially was 13 different vendors now it's down to 4 with Omega tied for first spot with another who supply non overlapping products. Ignore 'C low' review he probably didn't change his depends yet that day. I bet Amazon banned him from buying with them for to many refund issues and trying to send stuff back after he used it and planned to return it.

Very fast shipping, every order has been 2 day with Fedex. Quality products, easy to order and always delivered in a clean professional way.

When you place your first order the process is a little different than an amazon order but follow the directions and everything works out. I get my shipment in just a few days.

You do need to chill, quit being a little Karen!! You complained on a Sunday night and got your refund early Monday morning… so yeah, chill!!

PS for anyone that does have normal human being patience and doesn’t require Amazon Prime style same day shipping speeds, Omegamino is amazing, best quality products and even over a holiday they will still get you your order within a week.

Really fast and great products got to the UK very fast. There glow is the the good stuff. Don't pay any attention to the 1☆ review just someone with zero patience.

I understand companies having growing pains, but my experience with this company has not been the best. Supposedly they are backed up from the Black Friday sales they ran.... Every company like this ran the same deals! But those other companies were able to turn around and get my package shipped quickly (I placed orders with 2 other companies the day after I placed an order with OmegAmino). After having my order cancelled (which happened quickly on a Sunday), they took an additional day to send me my refund, and then emailed that I needed to chill. Lol. Having Chase Iron's name on your brand means nothing if you have crappy customer service. Fuq outta here.

Found the site watching Chase Irons on YouTube then Rumble for weight lifting and peptide info. I have ordered from this site for 6 months and have had a good experience.
