Customer service sucks they are rude and are not helpful. They also don’t know how to fix their own problems and they also love to hang up on their customers since don’t know how to talk to people. When I tried to get assistance from a manager named Samantha her way of helping me was to hang up.

Horrible place they will Scam you
I bought a car in January paid the $250 for initially signing up for this auto care than was charged monthly automatically. I had the car for not even 3 months when my battery went out & I reached out to them about it they said they could only cover $100 of the battery which I felt was ridiculous I’m paying for full coverage warranty & you can’t even cover the full battery price? Ok so I buy the battery & call/email them about my reimbursement they ask me “why didn’t I go thru them to purchase the battery” I said you guys told me you can only cover $100. I did everything they told me to do sent in my receipt like they asked so they can see how much I spent total on my battery to reimburse the $100… well I was never emailed or called back then I check my bank statements & they have decided to charge me twice in 1 month I called them about it left a voicemail how upset I was about this service & no one called back no one has said anything to me they have taken over $500 from me & I have received no service from them since I bought my car… this is a horrible company I was so happy to want warranty on my car & to be able to have this extra coverage just for them to steal from me & never help.

Great Service
My 2013 Ford Focus SE ran into a transmission clutch problem. I called Omega and was able to get a customer service representative named Ian G. to help me through the process. Ian was able to get in touch with the dealership that I choose to complete the work and stayed in contact with the repair representative until the work was officially completed. Ian G. and his team made sure that my vehicle was able to get back on the road without any more issues. I'm very grateful for their patience and service.

Amazing Service
I have used this contract once before and the service was good. When I called in today on 7/21/25 around 4pm est I spoke with Robin Hudson and I could tell that when she greeted me, she did it with a smile :) super thumbs up! She was super patient and was a complete delight working with her on getting payment for claim so I can release the vehicle back to my customer. My customer was happy with the turn around.

One of the worst home care service is omega, claim department people don’t even know how to talk with customers very rude. Just money mined and they don’t know how to resolve the issue. Never ever will recommend to buy omega home care .
