Omga and best home and auto is a terrible company that has no issue collecting your policy premium, but soon as you need them for a repair they will find ever and any reason to not pay. They start asking for unrealistic paperwork. Bottom line the transfer case on our truck went and it’s covered on the plan but since I don’t have a service record of it there not covering it!! And guess what the sales man who sold me the policy never once mentioned that you need these records to get your car fixed so bottom line.. terrible customers service and care for people.. they should be looked into because what there doing should be illegal

First guy I spoke with (Tom I believe) at the end our conversation, I specifically asked what the total price would be, he told me the total price would be $2809.00, & when it came to how much monthly, he said $184.99 down and then the same payment for 18 months. At the moment, I didn’t do the math right away, which I clearly should have. Also he is aware of what my vehicle is that I’m covering. He Also said it covers Brakes, oil changes, & Battery replacement as an included package they will give me. I specifically asked him, for any of those routine maintenance repairs, I just show up and show my card and it’s FREE? My truck requires synthetic oil, he says yes it covers all that. After I agree to it, we end the call bc they said this price is only good while I’m on the phone right now. After hanging up, I then do the math, realizing that doesn’t add up to $2809. I immediately called back, tried to ask for Tom, a John Roberts answered and refused to let me speak with him. I informed him after doing the math, 184.99 comes to about $3500 including todays down payment. John was not helpful and basically said there’s nothing he can do and we hang up. Now I start reading the website and it totally contradicts what Tom told me about the oil changes/brakes/battery replacement, stating it only covers partial payments, only up to 5 quarts, and a bunch other nonsense. I call back, a female answers, still doesn’t let me talk to Tom. I explain this situation, she said it’s on record and that’s what I agreed too, I asked can I listen to the conversation then, bc that’s NOT what was agreed to. She said NO, then became very belligerent and extremely unprofessional. I immediately cancelled my agreement. This company is a total scam, lures you in under false pretenses and should be ashamed and criminally charged for trying to take advantage of people..ZERO stars…stay away. Total Scam artists..

My experience with Omega Auto Care today was very gratifying as the customer service agent was able to calm my concerns regarding the components of my contract. She was also able to change the banking information on the account prior to the scheduled payment. I would recommend them to family and friends.

Mislead
I will be canceling. I was told certain things wld be covered such as an oil change. Then when time came it was half once I called after receiving check which was still under half. Paying $150 a mth when I can continue my factory warranty for $93 and they work directly with whom my car was purchased from is what I’ll rather go with.

I kept this worthless warranty for 3 and a half months. I called them and left message for days for someone to get to me. I wanted to cancel my policy and get a refund both my emails and voice messages said this. Now I'm getting emails back that said they cancelled my policy and I cannot get a refund. STAY AWAY from this fraudulent company. The warranty salesman I dealt with was predatory their customer service is nonexistent and you'll never get your money back no matter how many hoops you jump through. If I could give negative stars I'd give them -100 ✨️

As a service advisor at a Porsche dealership I am accustomed to calling extended warranty claims on a daily basis. It is what we do for our clients. It's normal. Usually takes 15 minutes on the phone and the claim gets moving either to an inspection or to an approval/decline. Not Omega. Oh no! It's IMPOSSIBLE to speak to a representative in the Omega claims department .
I will never do business with this company ever again!
Spent 6 hours total on hold today, and on hold trying again as I type this, trying to get an Omega claims employee on the phone to go over a claim... Every claims specialist that answers says "they can't access Omega claims, and they will transfer you over".. an hour, or like today, sitting on hold over 2 hours, only to be told "I can't access Omega claims, let me transfer you". Every time you call, minimum 45 minute hold, only to be told you're being transferred. Over.. and over... and over... I spoke to the exact same woman 2 times in a row after she "transferred me to Omega"! The same fricking lady that can do "some claims" for Omega, but not this one! WTF!?
They don't have to pay a claim if you can't get approval. You can't get approval if you can't reach someone that can access the claims. It took a month to get them to do the virtual inspection, and once that was set up it still took another week for them to show up!
It takes 4-6 hours of sitting on hold, being transferred to "customer service', or "to a claims specialist", or over to "an Omega claims specialist because I can't access their claims".
I will never go through this again, and will turn customers away if they have a policy with this fallacy of a company!

Omega Auto Maintenence
I chose Omega Auto because of reputation, price and coverage. I recently file a claim under their "extra" maintenence coverage. The benefit - oil change aervice, was paid promptly and accurately; albeit, the reimbursemet amount needs to be updated.
