Shipping took much longer than expected. Sweater with pedal buttons-finishes buttons in middle of sweater so if you do not have a flat stomach your tummy will stick out under the last button.

Great purchase

I am delighted with my purchase. It is a lovely top, well fitting and finished. A good asset to my wardrobe as it will suit summer and winter wear.

Scam scam scam: dont shop here

If I could give this company a zero, I would. This company is a scam. There is absolutely no customer service and no possibility of returning an item.

I wrote to them 4 times to explain that I needed to return the items because they do not fit, and they consistently reply: item has been delivered, item has been delivered...

Best way to lose a client forever. It's like they want to disrespect their clients.

BEWARE

Items take week’s to arrive and cost a fortune in postage and when they do arrive as mine did yesterday, they are nothing like how they look on their marketing material. And worse there are no labels for returning or even advice how to return and nobody is replying to my emails to return… I WILL. NEVER BUY ITEMS AGAIN like this from a Facebook Advert

I am very happy with my purchase

I received 4 sweaters that I ordered and received in a timely manner. They all fit me well and look nice on me They’re all size small. I am 5 foot five and 130 pounds.I’m looking forward to wearing them. I will definitely order again from this company.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE …Difficult to get a FULL REFUND.…

I received my order and was not satisfied with the sizing or material. It was not what I expected. I asked for a return code. They offered to give me $14.00 of the 79.89 US that I paid. They did not honour their refund policy which says I can return my items when they issue a RETURN CODE. They won’t give me one. I will never order from this company again.
