OlvLimits Arvostelua

Excellent product and service. Replies quickly to any questions. Unbeatable price to quality relationship. Been a long time subscriber.

A good company to work with. Understated. No fuss. Courteous. I await receipt of my initial order.

Fantastic product and genuinely exceptional customer service

We recently ordered the 2 litre Green Machine after looking for a good quality high-polyphenol extra virgin olive oil, and we've been really impressed with both the oil and the company.
The oil itself is delicious, with that lovely peppery kick you'd expect from a high-polyphenol EVOO, and we've now subscribed to receive the 2 litre size regularly.
What really stood out, though, was the customer service. I exchanged several emails with OlvLimits after our first delivery because I wasn't completely sure I was setting up the bag-in-tube container correctly. At this price I certainly didn't want to pull the wrong thing and lose any of the liquid gold!
They replied quickly and talked me through it, but even better, I suggested that a simple visual guide would be useful for customers using the container for the first time. The following day they emailed me again to say they'd actually created one. That's a company that listens to its customers.
Excellent product, excellent service and we've already subscribed. Very happy to recommend them.

I can only speak very highly for this company. The delivery was exceptional and the quality of olive oil absolutely outstanding.

Bought this olive oil because of the very high polyphenol content and delighted with the flavour and quality. The order arrived quickly and well packed. Thank you.

Such a lovely company and so helpful & of course the oil is fabulous. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

Update: 5 stars

I initially left this review because my order was incorrectly marked as delivered to a completely different building, and I wasn’t able to get a response from Olvlimits at first.

Since then, Roos has personally taken over the situation and has been exceptionally attentive in trying to resolve it. She has arranged multiple replacement shipments, added signature-required 24-hour delivery, contacted the fulfilment partner, and followed up directly with Royal Mail regarding the issue.

The replacement has not reached me yet, so the delivery issue itself is still being resolved. However, I think it’s important to distinguish between the courier’s handling of the shipments and the way Olvlimits has dealt with the problem. Roos has put a great deal of time and effort into getting this sorted, and has kept me updated throughout.

I’m updating my rating to 5 stars because that level of care and customer service deserves to be recognised, even though the underlying Royal Mail issue is still ongoing.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Olvlimits.

My order was marked as delivered, but the parcel was left at the door of a completely different building, despite my delivery address being provided correctly.

I waited around a week for the delivery, only to discover that the parcel had not actually been delivered to me. I immediately contacted Royal Mail and raised a formal complaint. Royal Mail have now contacted me to confirm that they have been unable to locate the parcel.

I have also contacted Olvlimits several times by email regarding this issue, but I have received absolutely no response or assistance from the company.

At this point, I have been left without my order and without any communication from Olvlimits. I would expect the company to take responsibility for resolving the issue with their courier and either locate my original parcel and deliver it to me or send a replacement.

It is extremely frustrating to receive promotional emails from Olvlimits while receiving no response whatsoever to repeated messages about an undelivered order.

I would simply like someone from Olvlimits to respond and resolve this matter.

Zeer goede kwaliteit

Hi
I am currently visiting my daughter in London and asked her to get me the best olive oil with the highest polyphenols as I have Rheumatoid arthritis and drink a tablespoon with three omega 3 capsules everyday for pain, and what a difference it has made .So a big thank you for such a wonderful product. Do you delivery to Australia Perth ? So I can continue to order.
Kind regards
Elaine

Superb products and even better service (if this is possible). Seriously, I’m buying my olive oil solely via OlvLimits since 1,5years and I am super happy to have finally found a company that offers the right amount of different olive oils in a superb quality. Also, the founders seemed to be still quite involved and their service is top-notch.
I often times buy their oil as birthday presents for friends, that’s how much I like it :-)

Being kept informed before the order landed about what you are buying into🤔👍

Excellent product

the peppery taste, the polyethenal level

The oil tastes delicious and peppery and I am using it across a lot of my favourite foods!

I had a problem with my subscription and it was remedied within 24hrs. I live the quality of their product and the customer service is excellent 👌

Fast delivery, great service

Great tasting product, delivered promptly.
Time will tell if it delivers any of the health benefits other less expensive brands apparently don’t.
But so far, so good !

Itt,s nice to know it's a healty product!

The website indicated all Olv EVO is independently tested for polyphenols but no certfication was provided and limited peppery sharpness was palatable. I bought the bulk bag. Have I been mislead?
Leads me to question the claims.....

Update: A personal specific reply addressing all concerns is always EXEMPLARY customer service. COMPLETELY REASSSURED!
