Pretty poor customer experience
Pretty poor customer experience. Very often the stores ask you to bring the package labelled and secured, if you don't, many times they won't have boxes or envelopes to sell you. The shipping to provinces with pickup is especially bad. You have to schedule a pick up very early or the they won't be able to pick up the package. They can't tell you which time they will arrive to do the pick up. The customer service on the phone isn't very helpful or friendly. You can't film the shipping of the package if you need proof in case of an e-commerce conflict, I was stopped once trying to film my package at a store. Maybe all these are reasons why the shipping price is generally very low. I would be much happier with a shipping company that treats their clients better and charges more. The one thing that is expensive with this company is the insurance, I haven't found reports of lost packages online (so it seems pretty safe), but they don't insure packages, so if the package is lost, the loss is probably on you. The insurance fee is 2% of the value which is very expensive. If you are a company and have an e-commerce account with them, apparently, the insurance cost goes down to 0.6% which is more reasonable. Unfortunately this seems to be one of the best shipping companies in Perú
