Complete scams! Don't buy from them. They need to be reported and banned from doing business in the UK. They sent me a complete misrepresentation of what was advertised and when I asked to return for a refund, they asked me to send it to Asia at my own cost. They are a fraudulent business and the reviews on their website is a complete fraud.

Items took over 2 weeks to arrive, the tracker doesn’t update until arrival and the dress that arrived is the cheapest material. I won’t be ordering again.

I am going through the exact same situation as the reviewee below. STAY AWAY and REPORT.

In August, I spent £127 on the site. I should add they are not a U.K. company and are based in China. The products arrived after 21 days and were awful quality, plus the sizing was completely inaccurate. I had to fight for a return label including which was more like a negotiation with their sales assistant. Finally, I got details for China and I paid £27 for the item to be returned. 51 DAYS LATER it’s conveniently sent back from customs without any communication as to why. I have contacted the site and they are proving incredibly difficult saying I didn’t have the right papers. It’s a clothes return so I don’t quite understand why customs are involved. I have a suspicious feeling that the company doesn’t actually exist and that this is an elaborate scam. Im going through my credit card company and seeking legal advice.

Completely agree with the below review. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Returned a parcel to China which cost £30 and conveniently got refused at customs (even though it’s only clothing) and now company refusing to refund any payments. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

I have never dealt with a company like this.
You will not get any refunds, terrible customer service.
I have sent a parcel back for refund, paying lots for ups courier service, that the company have refused, so you will not receive a credit or money back.

Ordered a dress that cost me £45. Took 3 weeks to arrive. Worst quality I have ever witnessed, reminded me of a fancy dress costume I wore as a child. When I asked to return the item, they offered me a 30% refund 'in a bid to help the environment', yet their dresses appear to be made from 100% polyester.

They take pictures from other high end websites to scam people into buying their products. If they refuse my refund again, I will be taking legal actions.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS this company is a scam - do not get drawn in by them or use any of their other websites. I have found 2 others, but there maybe more. They take your money, no return possible, items aren't as described, take ages to arrive and they don't answer any emails - no phone option available. Items come from China / Asia - but looks like they are based in The Hague, Netherlands. Other websites linked to them to avoid are: Ruby and Mae and Mason and Rae. APPALLING - ITS ABOUT TIME TRADING STANDARDS LOOKED INTO THIS AND CLOSED THEM DOWN IMMEDIATELY

Worst quality items, absolute scam. The item I paid for was £50+ delivery and looked gorgeous in the photos. The material of the coat upon arrival was like children’s felt, weighed about 10g and looked like it cost less than £1 to make looked nothing like the images used which are clearly taken from instagram/ tiktok wearing higher end clothing and not real models with the actual brands clothes on. I usually do not have an issue with paying a small fee for a return as understood at the point of sale I’d have to cover the return cost. Once I applied for my refund I was informed I’d have to cover shipping from the uk to china (minimum £93) or I could have a 15% refund. I complained and said this was not clear at the time of purchase to then be offered 20% refund. AVOID THIS AT ALL COSTS

This is a complete scam the clothes are awful quality and they make you pay a premium. customer service is the worst UI have ever experienced do not buy. The items that they advertise are completely different to what they come as. I can't get my money back and the sizings on all the items are wrong. I am looking into raising a legal complaint as they are definately not compliant with advertising and regulationary standards.

AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. I ordered some dresses and the reviews online were good (since have found out they are fake) the sizing is 3 sizes to small. The company is a total scam I tried to return dresses for a refund to china at my own expense for the address to be a scam and they don't accept parcels. So now I'm fighting with the company for a refund and they are trying to only refund me 50% this has been going on since August😡 if your thinking of placing a order DONT!

As everyone else has mentioned below this company is a complete and utter scam!! Please do not use! They are using imagines of dresses that are not what I received. The quality of them is so poor, it’s disgusting they think they can do this.
Alongside this, their website stated 8-10 working days for items to be delivered. It in-fact took 4 weeks to be delivered and they since have changed their website shipping policy and are now trying to state this has always been the case. 1-3 working days to be processed and 8-14 working days to be delivered.
Initially there was no indication that they are an Asia/China based company and falsely claimed to be based in the UK. Again this has been updated since I placed my order (clearly from the vast majority of complaints they are receiving). I am still in dispute with the company for my £450 refund without having to pay the extortionate fees to send back to China. Im also currently in liaison with my bank to try and compile a case against them in hope to get my money back or send the items back to them and they cover the fees to return to china due to the complete false advertising on their website.
I wish I had looked on here first and not relied on the fake trust pilot reviews on their website. I pray this website gets shut down asap so no one else has to go through what so many of us have been through.

Delivery took a lot longer than expected, throughout this process I asked for return instructions as the dresses would arrive after the event. Company refused to give me these until the order was delivered, at point of delivery they continued to avoid disclosing their refund process. The dresses were of very poor quality and looked nothing like the pictures. In the end they offered me 30% of the total price and to keep the dresses.
Website completely misleading and should be taken down

Cheap tatt. Paid 45 pounds for a dress that took nearly a month to arrive and t was a cheaply made dress not true to the picture in any way. The colour was different it was a thin fabric and you could see the seam in the ruffle that doesn’t show in the model picture. It looks like someone has made it in a school home economics class. Deeply disappointed and disgusted ….. do not take a chance on this website

Absolutely disgusting!!! Dress ordered early august, nearly 4 weeks to arrive, arrived faulty and non repairable. 4 emails later, chasing responses and refunds to have the shear audacity to offer a 40% refund : against customer consumer rights. Avoid at all costs.

AVOID at all costs, terrible company. Rubbish quality, crap returns process, say they never receive parcel so refund never happens. avoid avoid avoid. Until I am refunded I will fight to ensure no one else experiences this TERRIBLE company/service.

SCAMMERS
PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY. They are posing as a UK company but are based in Asia. The quality is poor and trying to get a refund is IMPOSSIBLE. They will barter with you to accept a discount to keep their BADLY MADE clothes and then when you reject their poor offer and send the items back (to Asia!), they do not pay the customs charges so they say the items aren't received. How are companies allowed to operate like this? PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Massive scam 😡

This is a scam. I spent £500 with this company. Eventually received the clothes after 4 weeks. Very cheap quality fabric, badly made and poorly finished. I can’t wear these clothes. Contacting the company is a waste of time. They don’t respond and looking at other reviews- I think my chances of a refund is non existent. I will have to put this down to a very expensive experience

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE! They are posing as a UK company but they are China based. I have been waiting for a refund for 4 weeks, I am down £70 as all the items did not fit and i cannot get a refund no matter how hard i try. I am completely stuck as to what to do. I am currently requesting a refund through paypal so hoping this works...

AVOID!!!! please never buy from this brand! They are frauds, their clothing is not what is advertised and is taken from high brands (Club L). They do not process returns despite paying for delivery to china. Avoid at all costs!!!
