Different prices in my mail and on the webpage

Everything was perfect except, in your selling mail the price was in pounds, but on your webpage, the price in Swedish crowns was much higher. That was confusing and I therefore had to make two phone calls to you. I guess the reason is because of Brexit and so on, but it was confusing. Anyway I loved the Jumper.

Another excellent purchase.

The assistant in the shop was very pleasant and helpful, but didn’t pressure me to buy.
I soon saw what I was looking for, the fit is excellent, I love the design and the detailing. I’ll be wearing it again today.
I have been an Oliver Spencer customer for many years, as the clothes are good quality and the designs a little out of the ordinary.

Jacket and shoe order

Ordering was easy and trouble free. Goods arrived on time and were well packaged and presented. I will definitely be using the Oliver Spencer portal in future.

As always,excellent quality of…

As always,excellent quality of design,construction,fabrics from Oliver Spencer.
Environmentally sustainable,ethical work practices,locally sourced and made clothing.
Faultless customer service.
Even though to accepting worn ( bit clean) O.S clothing back for the all natural fibres to be shredded and reused in return for O.S vouchers for their shops and products. Don't know of any other businesses which have the same sustainable development which benefits the environment and the customer.
Well done Oliver Spencer!!

Beautiful trousers

Beautiful trousers. The linen fabric is so soft. The shape is just what I was looking for, a slightly baggy leg shape.
Waist-wise, they're slightly on the small side and there isn’t the option to have the waistband adjusted. But I love them.

OS, makes buying a garment more of welcome to extended family. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable - making a transaction more like getting a round of drinks for your mates.
