Efficient/Caring/Informative

Oliver was great to deal with. He hooked me up with some rare/sought after peices of bullion. Kept me updated throughout the process which was good too so i wasnt left wondering what was happening. Dont be put off that the companies newly started, theyre the ones who look after you the most. Presentation was impeccable upon opening my parcel. Thank you!

Oliver and Anna are a great team that offer fantastic prices with great customer service on a wide range of bullion. We purchased 3 x 10oz silver bars from them at a great price and they were delivered special delivery the next day. Absolute A+++

Worse customer service company EVER

Fake dealer rejects cancellations like what company rejects cancellations, likes playing games. Not bothered about his customers only bothered about that coin, expensive items too prices are a lot cheaper elsewhere. Ide say not to buy from this seller. Nothing but negative experience with it.

We're very sorry to see this review. We don't want to make too many assumptions but one we feel we can make is that you have won an item on Whatnot that you didn't intend to win and we have rejected the cancellation request. When signing up for an account with Whatnot, you acknowledge their cancellation policy which says "It is up to the discretion of the seller to either confirm or deny any cancellation requests. If denied, the sale is final.".

We take pride in our principles and our commitment to fairness in the auction process. We wouldn't cancel an item if it went for too cheap, the flip side of this is that if somebody places a bid and wins an item, we would expect them to pay for and receive delivery of their item. Another assumption is that for the item you purchased. We started it at £1 and it sold at what would have otherwise been our starting bid, so you paid what we, and 7 customers who purchased the same coin at the same or a higher price believe to be a fair market value. The vast majority of the items we sell through Whatnot start at £1, and a lot of the time go for 5-10% below most online retailers.

Really happy with my purchases

Really happy with my purchases. Excellent prices and speedy delivery. Fantastic quality bullion and lots of variety. Check them out on whatnot to grab some crazy deals. Fantastic shop and will 100% be buying from them again

Shipping is always appropriate with the items and quick delivery! i have bought well over £750 worth of silver!
