Oliver Burn Arvostelua

Raj and Stephen were incredibly helpful and the process was smooth!

A really proactive letting agency from start to finish. At all stages Raj and his team were in full communication with moving the property forward to secure this is our new home. I would recommend using this company for future property search.

Thank you Raj and the Oliver Burn team!! After long term tenants moved out of our flat... we were slightly lost thinking about having to get new tenants. However Raj and the team came in and sorted everything... guiding us through the new licensing regulations... to getting the flat prepped for new tenants... and of course finding a brilliant couple to move into the flat. Raj was brilliant at keeping the communication flowing so we always knew what was going on... and the rest of the team found us cleaners and decorators in double time to get flat turned around. Really pleased to be starting a relationship with Raj and Oliver Burn.

We recently bought a house through Oliver Burn, Ed was fantastic and a massive asset towards the end stages when things did not go to plan. Would highly recommend and in the future would use OB to sell.

Selling our parents' run down house was a protracted process with chains breaking and gazundering along the way! At every stage, Ed, and the team at OB, offered wise advise and were always quick to return calls and emails and keep me fully updated. I was confident that our best interests, as their client, were the driver in the process. Thank you!

Diana, Ed and the team at Oliver Burn Clapham have been managing our property for over 15 years including a full renovation this year. Living in Australia and owning a property so far away can be hard but Oliver Burn make it easy.

Was nervous to let my property as many agencies have provided difficulties previously. I was referred to Diana at OliverBurn and I was so glad I signed up. They have made the process so much easier and with their help I’m able to receive income again

Our experience with OB has been wonderful from start to finish. We found this house during my wife’s pregnancy and it gives us great joy to complete on this property with our son at 6 months old. Edward & Gilbert have been fantastic throughout the process and we’d wholeheartedly recommend OB to friends and family. Please keep being fantastic. Alex and Alex

We spoke to multiple agents before finally settling on Oliver Burn to sell our flat. We had a professional service throughout, with regular updates and very clear instructions on the process. Ed Ogden visited our flat and came across very experienced, professional (and non-pushy!) which we valued as someone representing us and our interests.

Thanks team!

I'd highly recommend Oliver Burn - Raj and Theresa were extremely helpful when our offer was accepted on our current flat. The whole process, including the viewing stage, was done efficiently and with great care and we really appreciated all the support we got from Oliver Burn.

Raj and the team at Oliver Burn were excellent throughout the process and we couldn’t be happier in our new flat!

Tim was very helpful and reliable and was parient with the process of the sale of 21 St Christopher's Gardens

Tim and Diana have been great to work with to sell my flat. They were proactive during the current tricky market environment, facilitating feedback from solicitors and Southwark Council to keep progressing the sale.

I'm delighted to have sold with Oliver Burn, and commend their communications, engagement and constructive guidance throughout the sale process. I highly recommend the Oliver Burn team.

Definitely the best agency I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I have owned properties in London and abroad for many years now, so I’ve worked with a few agents! Time and again I always seem to be let down but NOT with oliver Burn, every time they deliver! With Diana Burn at the helm you are in the safest hands possible! They care about their clients and they’re passionate about property! A winning combo! Oh and in days gone by Diana used to be on property television, such is her expertise! Thank you also to dear Maurice who is just fabulous! If I could give 11/10 I would! Highly recommend!!

Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and helpful, especially Maurice who was very informative about the area and the property and even went out of his way to help me find transport to the property!

We highly recommend Oliver Burn - the staff are extremely helpful and highly organized. They helped us book a viewing and supported us through making an offer.

The team definitely have your best interests at heart - shoutout to Maurice from the sales & lettings team for his help!

We used the services of Oliver Burn for the sale of our flat recently. Mark Murphy was our main agent and he was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Very clear and personable, and incredibly responsive throughout. He made the process as smooth as possible, acting as an intermediary between us, our buyer, and both solicitors as needed. Would highly recommend Mark and team for any sale in the area.

Oliver Burn originally sold our flat to us, managed it when we let it out and then have most recently marketed and sold our flat. Great advice and support through the journey. Know the patch very well and superb service. Would really recommend Oliver Burn to anyone in the area.

A huge thanks to all at Oliver Burn.
The support in the sale process through to completion was just invaluable. The understanding and care is the real value add you get from someone like Oliver Burn.
Top service all the way, thanks again.

Absolutely fantastic!! Recommend this company 100%
I was a rental tenant for many happy years and received great service always. General maintenance issues were always dealt with and when I needed electricians or plumbers they helped. They then went in to help me find my own home to buy. Thank you Diana and Wric, every step of the way you were superb! I now I want to rent my home out and again they have been second to none. Their advice is sound and their expertise comes from years and years in the industry. I have also recommended them to about 10 people that have happily bought and rented with them and they too have glowing reports of their experiences. So thank you all so very much! You are the best in the business :)
