Oli's Skate Shop Arvostelua 

Oli Skate shop has the best skates in the market that can be customised to your preference and design. When I purchased the skates I believed they were too small so I returned the skates to the shop for an exchange. Due to a miscommunication regarding postal pricing from the Royal Mail my skates were stuck in the depot for over 3 weeks. I called Oli’s skate shop and spoke to the owner, Carl on numerous occasions worrying about the destination of my skates and each time I spoke to him he was willing to not only hear me out but give me advise on how I could get my skates to his shop. When all his suggestions failed he went above and beyond and went to the post office himself and not only was he able to retrieve my skates, he was able to get me a refund for misplaced items, despite being extremely due to the time of year.
It is very clear that Oli’s Skate shop is not only interested in making sales but they really care that their customers are happy with their purchases.
I can genuinely say that their customer service is second to none.

I am not one for necessarily providing a review, but.. I spoke to Carl in the workshop who guided me through a load of choices in regards to my ability, the duration of time since i had skated, usage and budget... He was patient and his advise was amazing. The boots arrived a few days earlier than he had suggested could have been the case and they are absolutely outstanding, far better than i imagined possible. Just a quick note to say, these guys are then best. Thank you once again Dom (P..S the luminous green Sims Street Skates are the cherry on the top, they look and feel amazing!!).

I emailed them on a Wednesday morning to see if they had Riedell 111 in my size, Alison quickly replied saying they had, at mid day I ordered them and they arrived 14.30 Thursday excellent service and competitive prices, in the next week or so I am hoping to order a pair of Riedell Espre 297 or Riedell Legacy 336 obviously these will have to be ordered in but with a company this good it will be worth the wait.

Absolutely 1st class service. Excellent products, fantastic friendly communication and bent over backwards to help. Would wholeheartedly recommend!

Wow, a seamless experience ordering my custom 33 turbos from Oli’s skate shop.
I ordered my skates Monday after work around 6pm, they arrived to my door at 4pm Wednesday.
Probably the quickest delivery I’ve ever had from any company.
Well packaged and just what I wanted at a descent price.
Highly recommended, don’t go anywhere else.

Just bought a full Bauer quad skate setup and the whole process was so quick and absolutely amazing service. I was even contacted to say there was a cheaper route to order and refunded me the difference! My order was delivered the next day and I am over the moon. Will 100% be using for the future and letting everybody know.

Just had a new custom built bauer X-LS in lime and I'm totally blown away with them , I used Olis before . Their advice and knowledge to me was superb as I had a few questions . All the custom builds and accessories you could ever want. Very well priced and shipped quickly. Small issue with incorrect laces shipped was resolved very quickly. Highly recommended

Choose my XLP custom skates and then chose every other aspect to my design and placed my order expecting delivery within 5-7 days. I was called before 10:00am the following day by Karl who explained that there was an issue with my order once this was resolved by myself at the staff at their end within 1hr. Again I was called by Karl to let me know that my skates had now already been built and I would receive them the following day. The following day I got a text with a PIN code for the parcel which I left with my neighbour and when I got home today my dream skates were there waiting for me. I cannot praise this company enough the quality of the skates genuinely speak for themselves. I won’t ever own a better skate. I also have to mention how great the service from Karl and the office was .I spoke to real people who couldn’t have been more helpful. I also received my skates in 3 days. If I ever need anything again I will only ever come here.👍👍

Karl and the team here are amazing. If Google would allow me I’d give them 10 stars. Karl was so helpful and knowledgable about everything from start to finish. These are my first pair of Bauers and Karl helped me every single minute detail. From start to finish it took a matter of days. Bought new skates from Oli's.I was able to customise pretty much every aspect of them-wheels,bearings,plates,laces,everything.
The scope of choice was impressive.Then they arrived all built for me in a matter of days-Fantastic service.Well done Oli's👍

They had my Order of custom Bauer x-ls ready ready with in a week even though they had some items where out of stock they still had them ready quite quickly.

Ordered some bauer custom quad skates from Oli's skate shop.After a phone call to them they sorted out my order how i wanted it over the phone and explained the difference between the 2 sets of wheels and other parts that i ordered.They where very helpful with the questions i asked and very knowledgeable, definitely will be buying everything i need from here in the future.....they've also built and posted my order on the same day.An amazing company to buy from ,definitely got a new customer here thanks

I've been using them for a few years and had no problems. They are extremely helpful, they recommended me what plate size I would need to convert some skates and it worked out perfectly. Very good shop with friendly staff and fast delivery time. Highly recommended.
