There was a delay with my parcel with DPD which I tried to sort first with DPD. I then phoned Olis who managed to resolve it and get them delivered first thing the next day. Very happy me.

Ordering was easy and arrived quickly.

Had a very quick delivery even over the new years period and had some questions to Alison and Karl who was more then helpful and some of the kindest people I’ve spoken too in a long time. Good skates arrived in a timely manner

What can I say? A Christmas miracle. Contacted the company way past promised date to deliver for Christmas deadline. Very responsive to all my questions as I am pretty naive when it comes to roller skates and all their specs. Really helpful in talking me through it and clearly act in the best interests of the customer. As I understand they are a small family business who were of course very very busy this time of year but still very responsive and generous given the pressure on times. Despite my tardy order and generally poor Christmas organisation managed to get my delivery on time to me for Christmas and even took time to liaise with DPD when first delivery attempt was not successful. Really appreciate the excellent customer service. Thank you. Merry Christmas!

Knowing nothing about rollerskates, I made a call to the store to get some guidance on a surprise for my daughter. Staff were knowledgeable and friendly and helped me to customise the skates in the right way.. they’re exactly what my daughter wanted.
