I ordered a cashmere sweater for my husband for Christmas. When it arrived, the label was in Chinese and translated to acrylic. Very disappointed and trying to get my money back!

The quality of the items is horrible. I dont think a shirt could withstand a wash without falling apart. Tried several times to return 2 items, the company requested that I send them photos of the items before being able to send them back. I happily sent the photos. No one responded, of course. Buyer beware, your $100 item looks like a $1.00 item. This company should not be allowed to operate.

I bought a 3 piece outfit for my son as a Christmas gift in November and there’s a 15 day refund policy. No exceptions for shopping early. Terrible quality, save your money. Ugh

UTTER SCAM. Wasted £80 on clothes that are see through and then had to pay £28 to return it for them to reject the return. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Cheap Chinese clothes with expensive prices. Just wish I read trust pilot first

Clothing is from china! It's a dropshipping business. the pictures is the same from the app temu, and i would believe they get it from the same suplier - don't waste 100 euros on something here, just download the picture from the listing and search on google with the picture - then the temu listings will show up, and you can buy all of the same clothing for 10-20 euros

They also run 2 seperate websites for the same brand - oldmoneylondon.co and oldmoneylondon.com - the design and listings are the same, but with 2 different backstories. i wouldn't believe this shady business

Do not buy from this company they are a fraud. I have purchased 4 items and returned them because their sizes are not accurate. 6 months later I have not received my refund. Be AWARE

I placed an order and received completely wrong items in the wrong sizes. I followed the return process exactly and sent the package back months ago. However, I still haven’t received my refund.

Their customer service keeps saying the return is “stuck in Chinese customs” and that they can't process the refund. But my postal service confirmed there's no receipt or tracking update service available in China for this shipment — so I'm left with no proof and no refund.

This response feels like a way to shift responsibility instead of solving the issue. After months of trying to resolve it, I’m extremely disappointed and cannot recommend this company at all.

Do not buy from. They send you the wrong items and the quality of the clothes are shocking. I returned mine more than 2 months ago and still no refund. £180 down the drain.

Hier habe ich die Postsendung selber bezahlt und habe kein geld erstattung zurück bekommen. Vorsicht niemals bestellen.

Poor quality. Advertised as linen, reality is its spandex, polyester, cheap trash.
Returns policy is a scam. Don't bother sending anything back, you'll pay to ship it back, never receive your refund, and they'll sell it to the next poor schmuck.

SCAM! There is no option to give 0 stars.

It's a SCAM! Save yourself DO NOT order from them. You may or may not receive your order. When you do receive it, it will be something completely different. Then you will take pictures after pictures to send to them. Then you spend £40 to return it to China and you will NEVER get your refund.

Products are absolute junk. Arrived damaged and not true to size. Return policy is a nightmare and they don’t honor their 30 return policy even when products are damaged. Don’t fall for it.

Size was completely wrong and the ‘return’ policy ridiculous. Quality of what was sent was very poor. I threw it out.

Order was late, incorrect sizes, very poor quality, difficult returning items and as yet no refund a month after returning. Disgusting

The producer quality is very low, if you wish to send back the products, you have to send it back to China, so there is no point due to the high shipping costs, which have to be borne by the customer.

HUGE DISSAPOINTMENT. It is a fraud company and I submitted the claim to the police don’t buy anything from them and as you see even their site is not working already.

Scam. Low quality. No response to request.

Everyone, please stay away from these scammers. The products are of poor quality and far from what they claim.
