Awful communication
Last two orders been fine but the last one i paid for fast delivery i have been waiting 6 days now and told it will be another two but the most annoying is no communication at all i have emailed 3 times and still no reply absolutely disgusting way to treat customers i have recommended them to a friend after first orders but will now tell them not to bother customer service horrendous.

I ordered a bag of Clove Rock, along with Bonfire Toffee. The packet of Clove Rock was nothing but powder with a few slivers of rock. At £3.25 I think it’s a disgrace. Communication completely ignored.
