Oladoctor is a digital healthcare marketplace that connects patients with independent online doctors in Spain, Portugal, Poland, and Italy. The service is designed both for local residents and for people living, working, or travelling abroad, so you can find a doctor who understands your context and speaks your language.

More than 50 doctors are available across family medicine, general practice, psychiatry, dermatology, urology, cardiology, neurology, pediatrics, ENT, rheumatology, and many other specialties. Many doctors offer consultations in several languages, including English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Arabic, Polish, French, German, Russian, Ukrainian, and more — making it easier to describe your symptoms clearly and follow treatment advice.

Key services available via Oladoctor include:
• Mental health and ADHD care. Online psychiatrists and other mental health doctors help with anxiety, depression, ADHD, sleep problems, burnout, and other conditions, including ongoing treatment reviews and medication follow-up.
• Express consultations with a general practitioner. Short online visits (up to 15 minutes, from €39) for minor acute conditions, treatment confirmation, sick note discussions, or quick medical advice when you are unsure whether you need in-person care.
• Full specialist consultations. Longer online appointments for chronic conditions, second opinions, medication review, follow-up after a previous diagnosis, or structured care plans with doctors in over 30 specialties.
• Asynchronous services. Secure medical requests for prescription renewals and treatment of common conditions (for example, cystitis, erectile dysfunction, conjunctivitis and similar issues), where a doctor reviews your case and decides whether treatment or a prescription is appropriate.
• Medical certificates. Online medical assessments and certificates required for driving licence applications and renewals in Portugal (IMT) as well as other types of medical certificates in Portugal and Spain, depending on local regulations.

Appointments are booked entirely online, with many doctors offering same-day or next-day availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. There is no need to visit a clinic in person or wait weeks for an available slot — you choose a doctor, time, format (express, full consultation, or asynchronous request), and connect from wherever you are.

Oladoctor does not provide medical care itself. All medical decisions, prescriptions, and certificates are issued only by independent doctors using the marketplace, in line with the standards and rules of the country where they practice.
