Excellent Customer Service

The representative really went above and beyond to help me. Not only did he research our past orders, but he ensured that I wasn't buying extra pieces that I didn't need. He also helped every step of the way with our new label templates.

GREAT SERVICE!

Tyler offered and was able to meet me at the Sparks Warehouse in the evening so that I could pick up cans. He gave me his telephone number so that I could coordinate a time and said to use it for can pickups in the future.

The thing that surprised me was they…

The thing that surprised me was they know can seamers.. you would be surprised at how many that work with them don't have a clue about can seamers..I am starting a home brew youtube channel and definitely will be giving October can a generous evaluation

Please send a photo with a total count on how many bad cans were in the box, as we are always happy to refund per-can if there is any shipping damage.
