Well, seeing that my order should have arrived Monday as I did have Premium Shipping, yet I still haven't received it on Wednesday afternoon and the delivery status still reads

Also, sending me an email saying "We are really sorry for your delayed dispatch" by giving me a publicly available discount code for 10% on my next purchase is a real kick in the face by OKdo.
UPDATE: It finally arrived midday Thursday, 6 days after initial order was placed. Useless!

I ordered late on Sunday night so I wasn't really expecting them to manage in their 2-3 business days postage (especially as it was getting sent by Royal Mail) but they dispatched it to Royal mail on Monday (I received an email) and I got my consignment first thing Wednesday morning.
