The staff are great. The service is very efficient. Funds are transferred immediately which is also great. I’ll be recommending ok loans and rate them a 10 out of 10.

We practice responsible lending and treat every client's situation with care, respect and understanding. Unlike many lenders, we still focus on face to face interactions with our customers. We understand some people have difficulties doing things online, so we work with you and guide you through our loan process. But if you want to deal with us online, that's OK! as well. Very Friendly

Very Friendly, helpful, efficient and easy!! I would easily recommend using OK cash to family and friends..... they are very understanding .... the repayment plans are awesome & affordable!! 🙂 very happy and appreciative

Not helpful at all

Not helpful at all. They claim that they provide loan to people who are in need, with bad credit and also people on Centrelink income as well. Don’t agree to that. I applied for a small cash loan as needed it for an emergency situation. I am on a full time wage and have an excellent credit score and they have declined my application and didn’t provide the reason for it as well. Wouldn’t recommend them.
