Tilly took my requirements seriously and always had them in mind. She only ever presented me with opportunities that met my requirements and never pushed me to compromise.

From start to finish she consistently engaged with me. I never felt like I was left in the dark at any time. When things weren't moving so quickly, you could count on her to recognise that and to chase up companies to push things forward.

She gave me tailored tips for each interview I was invited to. I nearly always knew what I could expect to happen and how I could prepare.

This is not the typical recruitment company. Yani was incredibly helpful without being pushy, always called me with feedback and tips along the various steps of the processes.
