I purchased 2 wigs and had a horrible experience and no help or refund from customer service. I never wore the wig and tried to wash it before I wear it and it matted up. Not human hair. Synthetic hair. False advertisement. I wish I could attach pictures.

This company is an absolute SCAM. Let me tell you what happened.

I placed an order for a 20-inch kinky curly wig, which was clearly advertised as including free shipping, this was stated not only on their website but also in their emails. However, a day later, I received an email informing me that the shipper was requesting an additional $32 to proceed with delivery. This charge came out of nowhere, and I firmly refused to pay it because nowhere during checkout was it mentioned that I would have to pay extra shipping fees.

After I raised my concerns, I was left without any reply for over two days—no update, no clarification about my order status. When they finally responded, I reluctantly agreed to pay the unexpected shipping charges on the condition that I would receive my order within nine days maximum. They could not even confirm this, as they had already wasted too much time processing my order.

Still, I compromised again and agreed to a later delivery. Then, more than 24 hours after I paid, I was told the wig I ordered was now out of stock—almost a week after I had placed and paid for the order in full, including the shipping fees.

So now they want to replace it with an 18-inch wig instead of the 20-inch I paid for. Shorter. Cheaper. Not what I ordered. This is completely unacceptable. I requested either a 22-inch wig as compensation for their poor handling or a full refund. To this day, they have not made any decision and continue to go back and forth via email, wasting more of my time.

This is not just bad service—it’s shady, misleading, and dishonest. Oh My Pretty Wig is a SCAM. Stay far away.

I have ordered 3 units so far from OhMyPretty Hair and I can say with confidence that they have (in MY OPINION) the best lace and highest-quality hair. My first two units were 22 inch kinky curly units (same wigs…I loved the first one so much I bought a second one) and most recently a 28 inch water wave. Customer service is spectacular. I messaged asking what the difference in curl pattern is between a water wave and deep wave and they were kind and accommodating, taking pics of the units side-by-side in the warehouse and sending to me so that I could see the difference in curl pattern. Shipping is also insanely fast. I am not sure where the units are shipped from but I have ALWAYS received my units within 3 days. That’s insane to me as I’ve had other companies that don’t arrive for over a week. Understandable, but I am obsessed with wigs and order very frequently. So far I am loving everything about OMP and their units. I have already identified the next 3 units I want! I haven’t found a company to match or top their lace and hair quality yet!! 10/10 would DEFINITELY recommend.

I have ordered wigs from many companies but ohmypretty is the only one I’ve came back to this much, ever since I got my first glueless wig in 2023 I’ve been returning ever since and they also helped me with my recent package that got displaced and I was happy to see my new and beautiful wig arrive today.

First thing I would like to say is the customer service is 1000/1000. The service was impeccable. They was a great help to me. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!! .let's talk about the hair. The curls the texture the length is sooooooo nice. I purchase a couple of wig caps from this company. I must say ALL ARE NICE. I have purchased 3 wigs form this company. Two from the website and one they custom made for me. The customer service has been great to work with. The quality of the wigs are fantastic and the price is even better. As a wemon who is losing their hair due to heath issues having a comfortable wig I can wear all day makes a difference in how I feel. Ohmyprettywigs are the only ones I can wear all day with no issues. I will continue to purchase more from them.

They are getting over on us and until we stop making this a multi million dollar industry it will continue my daughter is one of their influencers so i decided to purchase one of their wigs since it was pretty and good hair i did not even remotely receive the type of wig she got my wig was kind of thin and i purchased a 26 inch but i received was a 22 inch even stretched .. even after reaching out to them and explaining with pictures she continued to tell me to stretch the hair mam i purchased a 26 inch wig and received a 22 inch wig that you want me try try to stretch 4 inches😡😡😡 what i purchased should be true to length this is how they get over on us .6 They only send out their good wigs and hair to their influencers and use them to sell their products and most of them don't give honest reviewes just to continue to get free products .. Let's go back to our natural beautiful selves ladies this experience made me do just that im going to rock me a short cut that i can manage and pay my 200 to a stylist to get my own hair done
