Oh My Melt Arvostelua 

I have the monthly subscription, which is very good value. I enjoy the surprise of what's in the box and they always smell lovely. I had an order that got lost in the post, so I emailed them and I received a beautiful burner and loads of wax melts within 2 days.

I am always happy with my products. Customer service is excellent. Went above and beyond when my order went missing. Thankyou

I ordered extra lucky dips and an extra melts in your offers, I didn't see any of those in my package. Plus the melts are too small.

Good product but the waiting time for delivery was over 5 days, so I have given 3 stars. Shorter waiting time would help immensely.

Really unhappy. Put an order through on the 30th March - still haven’t received. Tried emailing customer services twice. I’ve tried Facebook. I’ve tried calling. I’ve tried web chat function no one is getting back to me!! I want a refund in full ASAP.

I bought some wax melts from OH MY MELT and I had 1 missing, no biggie, mistakes happen, so I emailed them, and a week later they have sent the missing melt and a box load of other things! Brilliant service and will defiantly be using again!
