Oh-Berlin - Français Arvostelua 

This appartment is very pleasant for us (a family with 2 children). We found outdoor all we need for eating, drinking, shopping and taking the sub for everywhere.

Appartement spacieux, bien agencé, bien équipé et très propre. Quartier résidentiel très sympathique, calme. Seul défaut, un peu moins de l’arrêt du métro (18mn de marche) mais en vacances nous avons le temps. L’appartement est dans une maison avec un magnifique jardin, très fleuri et bien entretenu. Mme Simone Hübbe, la propriétaire est charmante et prête à rendre service malgré l’obstacle de la langue. Les lits sont confortables et la cuisine bien équipée. Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans cette location.

The apartment was in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg, five minutes to the Alexander plate, in the center of the city. It was very clean and fully equipped with everything that we needed. The windows gave on an interior court and it was very quiet. There is everything you need around the flat in this neighborhood.
At the arrival, you are welcomed by a neighbour and when you leave, they trust you and check once you left. Almost everything was incredibly perfect and we were fully pleased by our reservation.
The only negatives things were :
- We once had a problem and we called the apartment owner to solve it. He came and asked us 20€ for that so NEVER ask him to come without a very good reason !
- It is difficult to park the car in this neighborhood because it costs everywhere and there is no parking place. We left ours in a public parking where we paid 20€ for a week. Common transports are very well done in this city !
- The bed can seem little for two persons and a bit hard but for us it was ok.

The flat was clean, pleasant well decorated and very well situated in central Berlin near Fischerinsel.
I loved the peace and quiet.
I would recommend it for a single person or a couple.

At all the steps, we were well informed. The apartment was as presented in the advertisement and the responsable person on site was on time and of help. The apartment was clen and well situated.
Overall, we were pleased with our choice and of the services provided.

Magnifique appartement, confortable, moderne, pratique et convivial à quelques stations de métro de tous les quartiers sympas du centre de Berlin. Excellent rapport avec le propriétaire et zéro souci rencontré. Pour un groupe de 10 amies, ce fut parfait - lits simples, une grande table pour "bruncher", le wifi pour organiser les visites et sorties et à coté d'une station de métro! Que demander de plus?

It has been easy, with Oh-Berlin, to select an appartment in Berlin : To overview availabilities, to check the location on a map, to read users'opinion... Every thing went on in the expected way. Just perfect for us, when we looked for an appartment abroad for the very first time !!

Appartement spacieux, super propre, extrêmement calme, bien équipé ...
Parfait pour accueillir deux familles.
A 5 minutes à pied des transports en commun.
Accueil très chaleureux et efficace au bureau local (pour récupérer) les clefs.
Bref, une totale réussite.

Nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour à Berlin. Les contacts avec les propriétaires ont été faciles et efficaces, malgré mes difficultés en allemand. L'appartement était conforme à la description, il était très bien situé et parfait pour une (petite) famille. Je suis satisfaite du site et de son fonctionnement, je l'utiliserai à nouveau pour d'autres locations.

Nous pu trouvé un appartement à Berlin location pour 6 nuits à un prix très attractif, par Oh-Berlin.
Parfaite adéquation entre le descriptif sur internet et la location.
La personne qui nous a accueilli était très aimable et bien qu'elle ne parle qu'allemand et espanole et nous, français et anglais (et qq mots allemand et espagnol), nous avons eu un très bon accueil (avec les gestes, ns avs pu compléter).
Ns avons passé un très bon séjour à Berlin qui est une ville très intéressante.
D'autre part, ns avs eu besoin d'infos complémentaires de la part d'Oh-Berlin et les 2 personnes qui nous ont répondu par téléphone (1 en France, 1 en Allemagne) étaient efficaces et "souriantes".
Un site a recommandé et nous recherchons sur ce site pour un prochain voyage.

Petit studio lumineux , idéal pour un couple ( un grand lit ) . L''espace est trop exigu si l'on doit déplier le canapé -lit .
Endroit calme, balcon donnant sur une cour intérieure avec verdure. A recommander

Appart confortable, correctement situé (pas en plein centre, mais proche du métro et des commerces).
Bien chauffé ! (utilisé en mars sous la neige).
En rez-de-chaussée, donc pratique avec une poussette.
Salle de bain très petite, mais fonctionnelle.
Une seule pièce à vivre.

Une très bonne alternative aux hotels !!!
