Have used Oscar a couple of times over the years for various things. He is unfailingly polite, knowledgeable, patient and above all efficient. He will stay with the job until it is finished even if it takes a while.

His is dedicated to doing a satisfactory and professional job, and did not stop coming until the problem had been eradicated. He's very friendly and even gave me advice in relation to other matters.
