Here’s how my first experience with this site looked: I placed my order quickly and conveniently via their website. Had to use the help of their support agents a couple of times - very friendly staff, by the way. They dispatched my order in the shortest terms… however, it hasn’t arrived on the expected date - somehow it got lost by the delivery service.
