We’ve confirmed through USPS tracking that the Flaming Lips t-shirt in your order was successfully delivered on May 6th.
Your Radiohead t-shirt is currently still in processing and has not yet shipped. The processing timeframe of 5–10 business days is listed on the item page prior to purchase and was also provided during checkout along with the estimated delivery timeframe for the order.

I ordered a Megadeth rust and peace wallet last month on March 25th 2026 and now it’s April 22 it’s been 4 weeks and I haven’t heard of nothing about my wallet or anything I feel this company or something is a scam I all most spent $50 bucks and that’s crazy and I haven’t got anything but yeah I’m not ordering anything from this company again and I think this company is not even real I tried looking up if they have their own store but I don’t see no store from them so yeah it’s a scam

Not as bad as what others seem to think 🤔
Looking at their website, I was impressed with the tees they have, so I placed an order for one. Afterwards, I started reading all these negative reviews about them and started to panic. To my surprise, I received the shirt in 6 days and I love it. I'm not sure why so many have had bad experiences with them, but I am satisfied. The only negative thing that I would say about about them is that the items are a little pricey. Other than that, I am a happy customer.

For the website name you think you are buying official shirts but it’s fraud. I received a poor quality and very cheap shirt, doesn’t have an official label just a label “made in Nicaragua”.
The logo is not on the center, and now I dont know if I return the shirt i will receive my money back. dont buy at this store.

I ordered 2 shirts and only received one. Not sure where the other half of my order is? I am very happy with the quality of the Pink Floyd “Dark Side of the Moon “ long sleeve shirt. I ordered an XL. It is a bit oversized but I’m confident after a few washings it will fit great. The shirt feels of high quality.

Good luck receiving your order/customer service is horrible
I ordered a Unisex Adult Small Weezer jacket on 12/04/25, with delivery guaranteed within 7–10 business days. The item took 18 days to arrive and only showed up just in time for Christmas after I had to contact customer service multiple times. Staying on top of my own order should not be the customer’s responsibility, yet that’s exactly what I had to do. Throughout the process, I felt completely disregarded as a customer. I returned the hoodie on 12/26/25 to exchange it for a larger size. Since then, I have received no updates despite reaching out three separate times for information. Customer service stated that although the item was returned on 12/26, it was not processed until 1/06/26. Even so, it is now 2/05/26, and I still have not received any shipping confirmation or status updates. This experience has left a very negative impression, and I will not do business with Official Band Shirts again. My recommendation to anyone considering purchasing from this company: if you order merchandise, expect a solid 3–4 week wait with little to no communication, and only hope to receive your item during that time.

Hard to Return a T-Shirt
I ordered 2 T-Shirts that were available to ship immediately. I received 1 and exchanged it for a larger size. It was too long so I was going to return it, but the website asked me to Contact Customer Service. I did and they keep asking me if I want to return the shirt, which I confirmed 4 times. Still working on getting this returned.
I just received my second shirt, which took almost 3 weeks to get here. I want to return this as well as I know it's too small and after the back & forth with their CS team, I'm going to use a different company to start my Band T-Shirt collection. I can't return this shirt either as it is asking my to contact the CS Team again. Too much time involved in ordering T-shirts where the website states Free Returns Exchanges with in 30 days. At this rate, I will be out of the 30 day window.

I thought this company had redeemed themselves slightly, so I updated my review to retract a few words, but nope ...wrong. I agree with someone else that said these ppl are scammers. I don't know how they're still online claiming victims. We need to report them to the Federal Trade Commission, Internet Crime Complaint Center and Better Business Bureau.
