Ordered an office chair - I couldn't change the delivery date on the online form so placed the order and immediately called customer service.
They were able to immediately switch day of delivery without hassle and sent email confirmation.
Delivery driver followed instructions and gave me a ring when I didn't answer the bell (which had apparently broken -no fault of driver) rather than driving off or abandoning it in the garden.

I wanted to just give a warning as a short person (5’2”). The arms do not adjust low enough for me- seat height to top of arms.
Shame because the rest of it adjusts well and is a nice chair at a good price.
They don’t do returns either as an FYI

Predrilled hole insufficient to accommodate foot
My purchase was a computer desk, which required self-assembly. This shouldn't have been a problem but it was. For part of the assembly, feet have to be screwed into the metal legs which contain four predrilled holes. Unfortuately on one of the sites the thread wasn't cut deep enough to accommodate the foot. Had the foot been all metal it wouldn't have been hard to extend the thread using a grip, but as the feet are plastic headed this was a bit tricky and took a lot of care and about 40 minutes. Otherwise pleased with this product!

I placed an order for two notice boards on 28/08/2025, which included delivery within 7 Working Days. Unfortunately, it was nearly a month later, on 26/09/2025, that one of the notice boards was delivered. It is now 29/09/2025, and I have still not received the 2nd notice board.
