Terrible
I ordered a chair the ‘Ergo 2 lever’ for my home office and when it arrived the box was open and seemed like it had been used. When I opened it the chair was dreadful quality, cheap plastics, scratchy hard materials on the seat, rock hard seat - just awful. I complained and returned the item for a refund. I never received the refund and after weekly emails with the company saying they’re sorry and they’ll ‘chase it up’ its been 2 months since they received it and I’ve still not had a refund. Dreadful company - do not use! I’ve had to raise it with my bank to try claim the money back.

Three lever adjustment made all the difference
The ordering and delivery process were very efficient. My only concern was judging the range of adjustment on the chair. Fortunately a petite lady had rated it very comfortable. I am small and it adjusts to fit perfectly.

the chair is fine but the delivery was very poor, driver left parcel in drive even though I was in house, I am 87 years old and disabled and I had a hell of a job getting your parcel into my home ,once i built the chair I found it good quality and it does the job intended thanks.

WFH Office Chair
Having ordered a new WFH office chair, the transaction was easy enough and the chair arrived swiftly. However, having realised that I'd ordered the wrong 'type' in error, I contacted them asking to return it for a different one and was advised that there would be a courier charge of £34.00 + VAT, (something I understood, but wasn't overly happy with).
The replacement chair was delivered (and the return collected), which was when I realised that completion instructions were nothing more than a small sheet, with a few numbered sketches to go off, with no guidance, or clear directions.
I turned to YouTube to complete the process, which was when I realised that part of the chair was broken, so I took clear pictures of the fault and again, contacted the Seller.
After a delay, (while they checked with the workshop), they reverted advising that they'd send out a replacement piece, (the seat), requiring me to totally disassemble the chair and basically start all over again.
Naturally, with no other option available, I undertook the task, but given the circumstances, I think it may have been just of them to have refunded the additional charge.
Unless you're happy to take delivery, unpack, retain all packaging, (in case you have a problem) and then assemble it yourself with very little guidance, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Easy process to order and we have now bought chairs many times from this company. We did have an issue with one of the deliveries where the driver was unable to find us, but their customer service advisor (Eoin, thank you!) was really helpful, friendly and got the issue sorted straight away. The chairs were also easy to put together and are comfortable for our staff. I would definitely recommend this company.
