I too am a victim of their recurring charges. I did not sign up for anything and they are charging $29.99 to my bank account. I just realized I have 3 of these fraudulent charges from this company.

Why do they charge a membership Fee when you order something from them. They want to charge a membership Fee each month!!! What a RIP OFF!!! They charge a Fee on your Credit Card HOPING you don't NOTICE!!!!

Beware!! Bought one clothing piece in September. Without my approval, my credit card was hit with 3 recurring charges in October and November before I discovered the fraudulent charges. They use different names like JACK AND JILL, GET JILS JOY, and JIK AND JAK in the hope that you don't discover the fraudulent charges. Please do NOT give this company your credit card number!

Fraud alert!!! They charged me multiple times under names like "Jil and Jak", "Jack and Jill,", "Get Jill's joy". I never heard of these companies. All of them based in Indiana. Reported it as fraud to my bank.

I wish I could give less than zero stars, my experience is typical of everyone else, I made one purchase, for eye glasses that are complete junk and no way to return them, then they started charging my credit card $29.99 and there was nothing about signing up for a subscription when I made the order, I canceled my credit card, got a new number and then today, only 2 days after activating new card with new number, they were trying to charge it again!!! Thankfully capital one texted me and I reported it as unauthorized charge. And now I have to wait again to get a replacement account number. It is crazy they can get by with this!

They attempted to charge my bank card for 29.99. thankfully my bank stopped it. Ordered glasses that were supposed to focus better than prescription. Not even close to what I received. Every 2 weeks they try to charge my bank. Do not use,trust or buy from these theives.

Made a legit purchase and everything was ok, but then I noticed a charge ~ two weeks later for $29.99 that was unauthorized. I tried contacting Jack and Jill and was on hold forever, so I hung up. Called my banking institution & they're talking care if it. I researched Jack and Jill & noticed people were getting charged the $29.99 after their initial purchase. Some were recurring charges listed as a subscription. I never signed up for a subscription! All I purchased was some cheap sunvisors! Never would I have signed up for a subscription service from this company!!! I'm getting new credit cards & was refunded from my credit card institution. Beware, I'm going to keep an eye out because people said Jack and Jill still somehow got access to their banking info even after new cards were replaced. They were noticing recurring charges after they received their new bank cards??? My next step is reporting then to the BBB.💥BEWARE!💥DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS FRAUDSTER!! 😳

BOGUS COMPANY...FRAUDULENT...When you order something from them, you unknowingly sign up for a $29.95 monthly charge that appears on your credit card. No where does it state that!!...

Company is a scam. Will not give a physical address to file a small claims report. Receive unauthorized charges each month.

Got new card, and bam on new card trying to pull 29.99
Chime allowed them to TRY to charge me again on new card that I haven't even used before!!!
Bought $9 makeup that is shit and now I have to close my account and decide if I want to open a new one with new routing number... How are these people getting away with this. Fine print people are saying you signed up for a membership, that's false advertisement and fraud. Jack, Jill, Jack and Jill's, beware of all the names like that. Close your account. Go somewhere else or reopen it with all new numbers. We the public shouldn't have to go through this. Life is stressful enough to have to put up with people in China. Trying to rip you off. Keep your card locked till you get a complete new account.

If I could put a 0 star I would. This company is SCAM!!! I bought 2 LED pads with 1 as a free gift in November. I never received my order until January. As of today, I was being charged 29.99 each month for a "fake" subscription they came up with when I called them. Stay away from this site!

Placed an order only to find out the product was shipping from China. Also a week after my order shipped I received a charge for $30. When I reached out I was told that was a membership I opted for. No I didn't opt in for one but apparently I missed something on the order to opt out. I am still working to get the charge stopped.

Do not order here they are thieves and try to charge 29.99 over and over once they get you card numbers and they don't send anything

This company is a scam. Tucked into the fine print you are allowing a $29 ongoing charge that they won't refund. They are nothing short of thieves.
